Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

My hot water pipes froze. When I called, Bobbie was so sweet. She said they would be out later in the afternoon and gave me a time range. I asked how much it would cost, she told me the plumber would let me know when he assessed if there was anything he needed to do. She called back to let me know they could be earlier. Brian who did turn up was incredibly helpful. Told me what to do and what to expect as the pipe unfroze. Put my mind at ease. Answered all my questions and gave helpful advice. When I asked how much to pay him for his visit, he said there was no charge as he hadn’t done anything.

In all honesty, Russell Plumbing, you have been amazing. Given me some peace of mind today and let me know who I can trust should I need a plumber. I will recommend.

Bravo’s plumbing came out for a last minute request in March when we accidentally broke a sewage pipe while working on a home project. I called a lot of plumbers but they were one of the only ones that came out that same day, as it was late in the day, and gave us a significantly better quote than anyone else. They came out the next morning and had it fixed in no time. Great family business!

Mr. Joiner came out to work on the house. He was very professional, courteous, and on time. Joiner took the time to explain the issue in a way that I could understand. I recommend ClearWater Plumbers because they hire honest and respectful professionals.

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!

Not happy. They were Subcontractors for America Home Shield. Paid to tell us they couldn't do anything but tell Am Ho Shield it was a problem in the mainline. Left us with a fully stopped up house, where we had to wait 4 days to hear back from AmHoShield.

4 days. No toilet in our own house. I knew it was BS, so I called another plumber, just come clear the mainline at least temporarily. ARS Rescue Rooter. Cleared it at least temporarily with a 30 day guarantee to come back and clear again.

Yes. There is a mainline break, but apparently some companies care about the customer enough to at least give them some relief. So, ARS Rescue Rooter will get the contract to fix the mainline.

Lone Star Water Services, LLC and American Home Shield are not interested in the welfare of the customer.

We are under contract in the sale of our home, and after the inspector was here all day, we came home to our hot water heater spewing water. (Definitely not what you want to see when you're trying to sell your house). I called and talked to Skyler, and he was at our house 30 minutes later. Repair was made in less than an hour, and he was extremely polite and professional. I found ABC Plumbing through a Google search, but I'm so glad I did because I will be calling them next time we have a plumbing issue.

Had an issue with the drain pipe behind my washing machine overflowing. Woodie Woods came out the next morning and snaked my whole drain line and made it good as new. They were super friendly and informative while they were here. The lowest cost option as well from when I called around. Had Roto Rooter come out and fix a problem prior to this and my bedroom ended up in an inch of water. So I'm a Woodie Woods customer for good!
