Best Air Conditioning System Repairs in Fort Worth TX

Just had a great experience with Joyner plumbing replacing my hot water heater which is in my attic. I called a few other companies and they were the best priced, with the best customer service.

I recommend you call them first with any future plumbing issues.

I scheduled an appt. two days out. They called to double check availability & arrived on time.
The plumbers were very friendly, honest & straightforward.
I was provided a few options on how to best fix the leak.
I would highly recommend them.

We have used Hawk for many years for all our Air conditioning and heating needs. Soon it will be time for a new unit, and they will also be the ones we trust to do the job. I had the worst experience with KMP. I called to get a plumbing problem fixed, and was expecting an estimate. The man came straight to my house, and claimed that he gave me an estimate. Was very rude, did less than 10 minutes work and requested that I pay $286. I refused. After give and take with his rude manners, he brought it down to $214. For less than ten minutes job. I must say I have used the company before, and they sent a very polite and efficient gentleman. This time they sent Ronnie. Horrible experience. I will never use them again.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
