Best System Upgrade in Fort Wayne IN

Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Locally-owned business with great service. The 2 guys that came out to install my new furnace and thermostat had everything installed in about 4 hours. Both guys were very professional and even explained rebates that I was eligible for. Thanks MJM! Will definitely be referring you!

We have been service plan members for years and have never been disappointed. Mark recently came out on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend to take care of my idiotic garbage disposal mistake. He was extremely efficient and kind. Never annoyed that his weekend was delayed because of my mistake. He also spoke highly of the company and people he works for and his customer base. It gave me confidence in our choice to use Service Experts so frequently. Also my dogs loved him!

Korte - and Austin - have been integral in the transition into our new house. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and detail oriented - in short everything you can ask for from a service agency. Also big bonus points for an actual human answering the phone.

Great experience from when we called to someone coming out and giving us a quote to completing the work on my new ac unit and furnace. Very simple, easy to understand. Answered all of our questions. Even gave us another quote on a water heater. I'm so glad I chose korte. They were a pleasure to work with.
