Had an clogged drain on Christmas. I was appreciative of the upfront cost of a holiday call. I ended up waiting for a normal business day for the non-triple time pay. Very communicative. Was able to fix it within a half hour or so. Would highly recommend!

Chad came out promptly when we called for not having hot water on Saturday morning. He fixed it quickly and cleaned the whole water heater as it was his own. I asked him to look at couple other problem I had around the house and he was glad to take care of them. I feel very confident with his work and would recommend him to my friends and family. He is just a great person, but also I think Mr. Korte hires and trains his workers to be top professionals. We had good luck with the electrician from Korte in the past as well. This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
