Best Routine Maintenance in Fort Wayne IN

Everything about our new HVAC experience with Coe was perfect. On the sales end last year, they were the only vendor who actually sat down in my kitchen and explained the various options (including more expensive option they said we really didn’t need). After one year, we had our first service and that was excellent as well. Lot’s of HVAC options in the Fort, but I highly recommend Coe.

My daughter's profile signed in but I assure you this review comes from an adult. Summers just left and as ALWAYS the employees go above and beyond!! Keith and Channon dug a poor lil birdie out of my furnace and got it in tip top shape for the upcoming winter. They take their time and are very efficient. I recommend going on the service plan. It ensures all of our pluming,heating,and ac units are in good working order. We have purchased an AC, furnace and water heater from them. Honest fair prices along with exceptional service EVERYTIME! 5stars!!

Had them come out to check on leak for toilet. They said it was wax ring (which I just changed). Leak continued after and I called them to come check it out again. Same issue and again they said wax ring. I now have water stains in the ceiling below toilet and am currently hiring another company to actually look at the issue and now I have to hire a contractor to repair my ceiling.

Update: My entire sub floor and ceiling below needs replaced due to a problem I hired them to fix multiple times and they brushed off as a wax ring. Terrible service.

This is a superb company! I was getting the run around from another company I had already paid but didn't get my issue fixed. I had reached my limit and called this company for help. They had someone out the next day and they had it fixed in an hour what the other company couldn't do in 3 weeks. Not to mention they were far more affordable. They are a blessing. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.
