John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

J L MORY misrepresented their verbal service contract. In fact I never received a written service contract. When I needed service, I was charged for the service, which was told, no service charge, only for discounted parts. Really! I recommend that do business with their competitors, for example J F Miller - I am a dissatisfied customer stuck with an costly service contract ☹️

Have called Northside Plumbing several times for small projects and most recently for a large project. They were very responsive and helpful when setting up a time to come to the house. The workers were kind and courteous and, at the completion of the project, all the mess was cleaned!

When they installed the new A/C unit, they used my new power disconnect, whip, and old lines running into the house. I really thought that they would give some sort of discount for using all of the stuff I already had. I guess not. I was told that my furnace was too big for my house and that they would have to slow down the fan so the new AC unit would work correctly. That didn’t happen. Not sure if I will use this company again.

Had them completely replace the HVAC system in the office building. Great to work with. Came up with an innovative option to increase efficiency and provide more consistent air conditioning and temperature throughout the building. Excellent work.

These guys are great! The employees are very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their prices are very fair and they do some quality work. They even came back the next day to see how their work was holding up. I felt like they were there to really help me out and not just put the screws to me like some places. I would definitely recommend this company, and I feel comfortable saying that I will call these guys anytime I have a plumbing issue from now on.

Had quote several years ago; we decided to repair instead, but knew would prioritize them when time came.... now, they responded same-day (3 hrs) w/ quote for new system, that was installed day-and-a-half later; But better than the responsiveness - and same as earlier - straight-forward up-front pricing, no hard-sell, dealer of high-quality Trane equipment. Install was tricky, but well-trained install team took care of smooth w/ proactive care; Great culture came through in every part of process. Look forward to working with them for years to come.

From the beginning, we were so pleased with the level of professionalism, as well as the thorough assessment when they were bidding the job. We were given a very fair bid, and our nice new system was installed yesterday. They worked a long hard day to get the project done, and then took the time to explain our new system and asked if we had any questions. They even pointed out that our water heater was backdrafting, which I possibly would have never discovered. I highly recommend Sheets; in fact, I will probably utilize their other services, as well.
