John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

A gentleman named Jacob showed up to fix my furnace. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I would ask questions at times and he would explain what he was doing. I appreciated his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend him to everyone. In the future for other services or maintences I will them again given they send Jacob. Very courteous technician and very knowledgeable. Did not try to sell me anything. Was very concerned about our financial situation. In order to properly understand what was happening in the sewer line, after using a snake trying to fix the problem, he said the only way to see what the problem was, he would need to use the camera. The tech did not want to use the camera beach he did not want an extra expense for me. I appreciated that but I knew that it needed to be done. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called North Side Plumbing for some water leaking through the ceiling into the basement. The plumber did not do a thorough job and stopped looking for causes once he found a crack in the garbage disposal. He was repeatedly told that the leak happened when the dishwasher ran. He failed to pull the dishwasher out and check for leaks. He just replaced the disposal and did not run the dishwasher. When he left, he said everything was OK. When we ran the dishwasher that evening, it created a tremendous flood into the basement. A manageable leak became extensive water damage. Northside has refused to accept any responsibility and actually blamed me and lied and said that I never mentioned the dishwasher at all. We are now looking at having to completely tear out part of the kitchen flooring and cabinets and all of the ceiling in one part of our basement and having to file an insurance claim when this could have been prevented. This is not how you should treat loyal customers.
