Best Plumbing Issue in Fort Wayne IN

Did a fantastic job fixing the problem and cleaned up before they left. Very professional . They explained what they were doing and what to do to avoid the same problem in the future. Cudos to Shane and Ronnie!!

Wow, they did a lot. I don't have to worry about changing filters at all. Or lighting the pilot light. They will come out to check things over. Now the very hot days I don't have to have some one put window airs in . ....And the thermostat is easy to in. Awesome work guys!!!!!

Update: Got a reply from the owner to call the office and they were unwilling to make it right. So I will continue to discourage summers from my customers and friends. As well as all social media platforms.So had an issue with my furnace so got the maintenance plan($150) and had someone come out($59) and basically told me I needed a new furnace for $13k. So I got a second opinion the guy was like this port is blocked and he cleared that and it works now. Summers refunded me for their $59 tech but not the $154 tech that came out and did their job for them. Unless you want to buy a furnace it's not worth calling. They should have made they repair of the second guy right. Oh well I will post this on every site I can find and I work at a hardware store so I will tell people

It is so reassuring to know that every time I call Jason for a plumbing problem, he will respond very promptly, do a quality job with repair or new installation, and do it at a very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else because I know that he is so trustworthy and friendly.
