House built in the later 1800's with enough set issues I had to get my lines cleared every 6 months due to roots and other issues. Bright these guys in, found out one of my lines was cracked and over 50% blocked, and they literally got on my roof and went through the vent to find out I had a major blockage that several competitors had missed. The other guys wanted $150+ to get the camera in my lines, FW Pipeline did it for free and saved me over $5k. Been a year and haven't had an issue, for the first time in 12 years. Couldn't recommend more, one of the all time best experiences I've had as a home owner.

My furnace fan blower motor went out Saturday night, and I called at 7am Sunday morning. The technician showed up shortly after and had it fixed in less than an hour. He was very professional and I appreciate him being considerate of his time spent on the work in order to keep the cost low. I feel like like most would take advantage of the weekend/abnormal hours rate.

We started with Northeast Mechanical with a basement remodel eight years ago. We are thrilled when we
go downstairs to the basement in the winter months because it is warm and toasty. No need for a sweater.
Northeast Mechanical also found a way for our bathrooms on the main floor to have heating and cooling. In one bathroom, there was an electric heater mounted on the wall. This was taken off. A path for a duct from the furnace/air conditioner was found and installed through the bathroom floor. The other bathroom had no heat or cooling. The same process happened again for this bathroom.
We also have Northeast Mechanical routinely checkout the heating and cooling systems at the beginning of fall and winter. This ensures that these systems are always operational when needed.
We highly recommend Northeast Mechanical for your HVAC needs because we have never been with out heat or air-conditioning when needed.

Just in the service tech was very pleasant and efficient on time did the best he could to help us at least keep some heat but now there’s parts that cannot be replaced this time very impressed with your service man and the way he handled it. it was a wonderful experience

I've been using Sheets for the last three years when I was less than impressed with Summers. They've been incredibly responsive and professional. We have their yearly maintenance agreement and it's a great value and we know if anything goes wrong they will get me taken care of. I had a strange leak in my basement whenever my kitchen sink/drain had a large amount of water run down it. I had several plumbers out and no one was ever able to figure it out. Finally I called Borchelt & Sons and they not only diagnosed the problem, but they gave me options on how to fix it. Work was scheduled quickly, and they did a great job. They even allowed me to leave my dog there so I didn't have to board her. Thank you so much!

We were in a somewhat of an Emergency situation on the 3rd of November around 9:30pm!! My wife heard a noise coming from our Furnace room, so when she opened the door she notice water coming out of the bottom of our Water Heater! She called me to look at it, and when I saw what was happening I told her to call Rolf to see what we could do that night. The Rolf Rep said she would call a Tech person and have them call us! That is when we got a call from Mark who over the phone told us how to secure the system until he could replace it the next day. Mark said he would talked to dispatch in the morning and let me know if they could schedule us in that day. I gave all the information Mark needed to bring a new system with him. Rolf called me about 20 mins. before Mark was going to arrive. Mark arrived, and was very Professional. He explained to me everything he was going to do. Mark did a Great job taking old system out, and installing our new one. Mark is a great representative of Rolf with his knowledge, experience, and keeping the customer informed of the situation. We have been a Rolf customer for more than 35yrs!!

He immediately jumped into the job with no hesitation and no worry about the mess my backed up drain caused. Very professional and knowledgeable, and didn't mind me watching in awe as he pulled globs of the previous owners lady products and roots from my drain.
