Was the original installer when we had home built. Failed to connect 'super heater' on Geo system. After we discovered the install was not complete came back and hooked up.
1st service call two years later, service man was on time and polite. Did not fully complete repair (didn't have part). Stated he 'might have to come back'). Did not return but his 'temporary fix' worked for several months, $80 trip charge.
When the same failure reoccurred, another serviceman came $100 trip fee. Serviceman said he needed a part he did not have. Another temp fix. He told us he could come back but there would be another $100 trip fee.

Had them completely replace the HVAC system in the office building. Great to work with. Came up with an innovative option to increase efficiency and provide more consistent air conditioning and temperature throughout the building. Excellent work.

I needed a part to repair my aged water heater. I couldn't get anyone to even try to find it for me until I wandered into Poorman's. I was treated like a member of the family. Chad sat down and started making calls to various manufacturers until he found someone who could identify my water heater with the information I had. He was able to have the exact part I needed delivered the following day. Great doing business with you.

We had a small leak in our drain pipe. Called Korte for the repair. The technician said the charge would be $359. The repair turned out to be much easier than originally thought because the joint that was leaking was not completely or correctly cemented when it was originally installed. The actual repair work took about 20 minutes (tops)…! Parts included less than 2 feet of PVC, a rubber boot with 2 hose clamps and enough cleaner and PVC glue to cement 1 joint. The leak was also easily accessible from our mechanical room in the basement. Probably the toughest part was standing 2 steps high on a stepladder while operating a saws-all for 12 seconds. Very disappointed that the price wasn’t adjusted to something more reasonable once it was discovered that the repair would be so easy. By the way people…..This was a $39 discounted price because we have Korte’s maintenance plan…!

Matt, arrived just one hour after my emergency call, and the business is not even that close to my house(He lived 55 minutes away per google). The emergency rates were very reasonable, and the quality of the work appears exceptional. This was the most satisfying plumbing transaction I've had, and I've used two other competitors personally this year. If you have any heating or plumbing needs, I would not hesitate to recommend T&T. *Edit. Plumber Austin was called to the house to add a new fixture in the kitchen. He accidentally removed a brand new piece of copper piping that I paid T & T to put in, and he didn't even put a new copper piece back in. The water coming out of my heater now runs through pex, and it only took an extra couple hours. The tech assured me that he paid for the extra parts to downgrade my plumbing. I had just paid the same company for the part they took without permission. When I called the dispatch, she didn't know what to tell me. She didn't understand what had happened. I still have the voicemail transcript she sent me saying that Austin could better explain what happened. If they send Austin, just say no.
