Our AC went out during 90 degree weather. Northeast was very communicative and efficient. Took him not even 10 minutes to get it up and running again. He also replaced our filter. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone. I even signed a contract to have them come out and service our furnace and AC for a year.

Very pleasant process to schedule an appointment, got a call when they were on their way, and did a great job getting my damaged pipes fixed after they froze in the terrible cold. Nice people, and left the repaired pipes better than they were before!
