Once again Korte saves us. Been without AC for 3 days. Finally broke down on memorial day and called for the emergency service call. Jeff called to say that he would be out at some point but had quite a few calls. At 9pm he finally was able to show up. He was quick to diagnose, and was able to explain our options. Unfortunately, to totally solve the issue will take a new system but Jeff was honest and said that he could recharge the system but it would be a patch to give us time to not have to make a large investment decision on the spot. Do yourself a favor and become a PMI member. It will pay for itself. Jeff thanks for awesome service and also Thank You for your military service. Korte has been amazing since we first called them 4 years ago. Never a doubt when you call Korte that you will get Superior service.

Everybody I spoke with was polite and competent. Prompt response to an emergency. Completely willing and able to undertake a commercial drain issue. The technician was polite, respectful, professional and completely capable of evaluating and rectifying the problem in a very timely manner. Rooter Services is now on my permanent go-to list. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Crooked thieves who give false estimates, and lie. Took advantage, and I hope karma catches up very quickly. Anyone who calls you partner is distrustworthy from the get go. Let alone on disability, and yet own a company. Fraudulent much? If SSI and disability has a fraud department, then they should look into the owner of this place.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
