The owner, was responsive to my questions and very expeditious when my ac damaged unexpectedly. The new AC was installed on Good Friday which I greatly appreciated. Other companies which gave me estimates said installation would have to wait until after the holiday. I would not hesitate to recommend Summers Plumbing to family & friends.

Tech was on time surveyed my problem. Explained everything that needed to be done and completed the job within 2 hours on that same day. Cleaned up all trash . Very professional.

This company is an absolute joke. Not once, but twice we’ve tried to use them through our home warranty service. First attempt to use them, for a simple water heater repair it was going to take 2 weeks to send someone out. Couldn’t wait that long. 2nd time, I submitted a ticket with our warranty company. They kept telling me we are sending messages to our techs, no return calls from the techs after 36 hours. Now, we have to pay out of pocket because of this poor customer service.
