Pretty sure 1st time aquaitence w/ Josh and the traditional excellent Korte svc and technical expertise present. Above and beyond was Josh's personal treatment and interest in us as a Customer. While I know it takes a minute or so away from the task at hand all Korte Techs have been a pleasure to talk to and work with.

I would have loved to have used this companies services but the lady on the phone was rude and very unprofessional. I took my services else where.

Great guy

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Absolutely do NOT use this company. I had some work done through my warranty company back in January 2019. They never submitted the claim but took the $100 deductible I paid. I have been fighting with my warranty company to cover the repair cost of the two holes in my ceiling from the plumbing fix because Jason from Simply Water Heaters never sent in the Service Report. I have called them several times a week and spoke with Erica who says they sent it but then clarified they actually only sent in the dimensions of the holes they cut open. Jason keeps saying he will call me but never does, they won't give ME a copy of the service report, and no one can give me a better break down of the bill because I'm now totally skeptical and wondering if they over charged me and walked away from submitting it to the warranty company.

I am SO sick of calling and begging someone to help me here, all I'm asking is for some information and no one can be bothered.
Find somewhere more trustworthy.
