John arrived promptly and was extremely friendly yet professional. He was very kind to my dogs, while I tried to wrangle them out of the way. He quickly identified the issues we were having, and then went the extra mile to verify with our realtor that the planned repair would satisfy the verbiage of our home sale/inspection report! After confirming we were good to go he finished the repairs so quickly that if I hadn't seen him working I might not have known he did anything. His experience, skill and professionalism are certainly among the best in my opinion. So glad we chose to work with him! Really doesn't hurt that his pricing was up-front, honest and fair! I hope I never need to call a plumber again for issues like these, but if ever I do - at least now I know who to call first!

We recently installed a water softener that was not producing soft water right away. I was skeptical on which company to call but once I read the reviews on Hattersley I immediately called. Mark came out the next day to check the connections and test the water. Mark is very personable, professional and explained what was going on in layman's terms which is important to me since I don't know a lot about water softeners and plumbing. Great service! The service technician (John W) arrived and quickly was able to correct the problem with the drain. He was very professional. At our request he corrected several problems that existed (previous owner do-it-yourself project gone wrong) with the water lines under the sink, running some new lines and capping off an unused line that a previous owner had installed to a water filter. He tested and retested all leak points to verify that all the work was sound. I highly recommend the service from this firm.
