Called once for AC repair and once for water heater repair. Awesome customer service! Repairs went quickly, and fairly priced.

Needed a water heater replaced. Had hoped to get the work done about 1:30 ~2 o'clock, but due to the plumber being extremely busy and moving supplies around, the plumber showed up a little after 3. Apology accepted, he got right to work.
I wish he had read the instructions for this tankless heater has a condensation line that needed to be installed. After a shower, I found a puddle of water under the water heater.
I ordered an acid neutralizer and will need Tommy to come back and install that line. I will keep using Tommy in the future. The work is good and the price is good.

I do not recommend. In my opinion we got price gouged and they are not honest about rates and work that is needed. Make sure to get multiple estimates from different companies, if possible.

This company has been beyond amazing. We were having trouble with the AC at the home we had just moved into and when I called they had someone come out the next day and help us out. I then had someone come right back out a few days later to install Nest Thermostats and replace filters. Rudy was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I had service scheduled and they didn't show up. I got a call at the end of the day rescheduling for the next day. again they didn't show up. didn't answer my calls and didn't return my voicemail.

Great experience overall! I initiated a claim via my warranty service for a plumbing stoppage, which I knew was not good. They seemed to think it wasn't an emergency and the first contractor they sent took 3 days to service my claim. When he arrived he stated that their was a main line stoppage and he would not be able to fix it, he then suggested I relay the information to my home warranty service. They followed up by assigning Innovative Trades LLC to the claim and from that point everything went smoothly. Willie and Fabian showed up on time and quickly got to work asking detailed questions and surveying the the work they needed to do prior to actually poking around. I had to leave and my wife was equally impressed with Rudy, who explained the issues and how they were going about their work. These guys were friendly and professional and you could tell Willie wasn't going to BS you. I Would highly recommend them and will likely hire them for some follow-on plumbing repairs.
