Best A/C System Maintenance in Durham NC

We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

I was fortunate enough that my Home Warranty Company put me in touch with After Hours Plumbing. My experience with obtaining contractors through the warranty is very up and down, but that's my experience when I've tried to vet and locate contractors on my own as well.

This outfit though..... Top notch! They didn't keep me or my wife waiting, were on time, performed the job quickly and effectively but most importantly GREAT PEOPLE. Smaller company with under 10 employees means that they value character in the people they bring on as employees and coworkers. THAT STILL MEANS SOMETHING TODAY.

Alfredo (just a good dude- great hair too!) was incredibly informative and honest about the CPVC pipes that are littered throughout my house. Was not only able to replace with PECS but give me an honest answer to some of my concerns about how the previous owner had repaired previous problems.

Peace of mind is something that is hard to come by these days. If you have a plumbing problem- these guys will not only give you peace of mind that you won't be under water, they do free estimates, and most importantly YOUR hard earned dollar is going to a business and the families of GOOD PEOPLE, Thank you guys! I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

CW showed up on time on a Saturday and did a fantastic job replacing my 89 year old mother’s hot water heater. He was very professional and neat. Also great value for the service.

We needed a GFCI and some lights replaced as well as a hot tub breaker diagnosed. Our electrician Eddie, took the time to fully review what needed to be done, fully explained what was required, and resolve our issues. Will definitely be our go to electrician.

Lane plumbing saved us what could be have been thousands of dollars in unnecessary work that would have resolved nothing! We called them for a second opinion after we had a funny feeling about a quote we got prior with a different company. Turns out it was a city issue all along and Lane Plumbing stayed until the city got there to vouch on our behalf. These are old fashioned trust worthy people!! I will only EVER be using Lane Plumbing for any future issues.

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. I am very pleased with his Punctuality and Quality of his work.

I have used Legacy three times now and received excellent service every time! Two times were for outside water line leaks covered by water line repair warranty via PSNC and the other was for small things in/outside. Liz in the office is always courteous and gives your request utmost attention. All the plumbers are highly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. In my 25+ years of home ownership, have used several plumbers. All were good, but would put this company at the top!
