Best Video Inspection in Durham NC

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

Thanks so much, Jose.Although I think that Jose is great and have never felt like he was pressuring us to purchase from ARS, ARS in general does come off as trying to oversell their services when you purchase a new HVAC from them and/or get maintenance through them. ARS could definitely back off from the 'sales strategies'. They would be perceived less like a huge corporation doing business in a way that may not actually be in the customer's best interests financially and more like a community service provider that gives personal consideration of their customer's needs and means.

This company was sent to my by my home warranty company for a plumbing issue. I initially spoke with Hutch who was professional, courteous and prompt with scheduling a technician to come out. Prior to their arrival, I was able to identify and resolve the issue myself, however they were happy to still come out and run the cameras down my pipes to ensure there was no underlying issue. Not only did they provide this service but they did so free of charge. My technician Zach was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact Out The Door Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Mason and Eric did an excellent job. They noticed I had another issue and brought it to my attention. Since I was not even in the same state, they were able to send me pictures and took the time to explained the issues. All fixed and done! Thank you!

Fast and professional. Would give better rating but for price. Have replaced hot water heaters before so know what is involved. Health not good now. 800 for two guys for about 4 hours is too much! That is just labor.

2 stars for price only. $298.12 for a drain clean out. We called with the problem already diagnosed; it was non urgent, and they never lost the snake to the drain. They were here a total of 20 minutes. Outrageous pricing.

Edit in response to owner’s reply only: if I knew I’d had them for 2 hours at that price, I would’ve put them to work! $150/hour sure is something. Wish I made that.

We used Dr. Drain to install a kitchen faucet and they did an excellent job. The plumber arrived on time, completed the install very quickly, and the price was very fair. Overall we highly recommend Dr. Drain!

I have been in business for 12 years remodeling houses and used many different plumbers. Greene/Hunt is hands down the best plumbing company I have ever hired. They are absolute professionals and true craftsmen. They care a great deal about their work and do things right the first time. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the work these guys do and the way they treat customers. As long as I am in business, I will not consider using another plumber.

Acme plumbing is top notch. After finding them through a friend that lives in the area, we brought them in to handle a time-critical water heater replacement job on a townhouse we keep as a rental in southern Durham. I was deeply impressed with the quality and professionalism of the plumbers they sent over. Their price was also very competitive compared to several other vendors we sought out for quotes, particularly with the 15% discount offered with their quite affordable annual service agreement (which is a good value in and of itself, and truly a no-brainer if you're having any significant work done). I'm happy we found Acme, as having contractors you can rely upon is important with a rental property, particularly one that's located a significant distance from home.

Had a pretty bad plumbing emergency at home. I called Roto Rooter and in 15 min, Joe Young showed up at my house to help. He clearly explained what the problem was and why it happened. I will be calling RR (Joe) again for my plumbing needs for sure!

We had lost a piece of jewelry down our shower drain and Travis was able to come out quickly and attempt to retrieve it for us. He spent a good amount of time and effort to try and get it but no luck. We still appreciated his attempts and the quick response that we got on a Sunday...will use them again if we have any other plumbing issues!
