Best Water Pipes in Durham NC
Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

I came home Friday evening of Labor Day weekend and discovered that I had no running water. One call to After Hours plumbing and my problem was solved in under 24 hours. The answering service actually answered on there first call.. And Nate called me back promptly, gave me a next day service window, and kept me updated throughout. Once on the scene, Nate took completely in stride the age of my well pump (40 + years) and very systematically found and fixed the root cause. I am endlessly grateful for his professionalism and skill!

I called PlumbServ at around 8:30 am due to water issues. Kaylee and Ken showed up at around 10:00 and had things fixed by noon. They were professional and worked efficiently. PlumbServ's prices are the best and they do not try to price gouge their customers. Bonus points for being a local family-owned small business. I highly recommend PlumbServ for any plumbing issues. I would give Kaylee, Ken and PlumbServ 10 stars if i could. Thank you for being such a great company!

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I had a plumbing disaster 3 days ago with my MBR toilet very early in the morning. I Called approximately 8:00 am and was given a 10:00 an appointment. The team arrived on time; vacuumed the water, removed the broken fixture and Installed a brand new toilet, The entire job was completed in an hour. This is my second time using Full Stack Plumbing . I highly recommend and will definitely use again for future plumbing needs

They were super responsive, on time, and quick to do the repair. Prices were reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend

They installed 3 undermount sinks for me. The scheduling process was easy. They did a very good job with the work, taking care not to damage the countertops. They did have to come back to take care of a very minor leak, but did so quickly and without additional cost. I am very happy with the results.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

Was provided with a fair quote over the phone to replace a water line in the yard, and they stuck to the quote. The price was very competitive for the work. They showed up when promised (in N. Raleigh), worked hard and focused, and completed it that day. Everyone was very polite. Very happy with the results and I will call on them again, as well as refer them to neighbors. Good business to work with.

I previously had a great experience with Devlin Plumbing when Billy worked for this company, so this made me feel comfortable using them again. I called Devlin Plumbing and requested Billy, who no longer work there. I still felt they would have the same work ethic he have. I spoke with staff over the phone, who was real nice, and told them about my clogged bathroom sink. Scheduled an appointment on a day right before I had to be at work. 2 workers came over, one who stated this was his first run out on the job, familiar with plumbing, but was not his field of knowledge, but was still professional. I heard them snaking the drain and drilling some buildup inside the pipe. When that didn't work, they ran out to Lowe's to get some drain tablets. Apparently, that didn't work. They did go under the house to investigate and figured that they would have to snake the pipe from the underside, but said the snake they had was not long enough. They told me that it wasn't worth driving back to the job to get the longer snake (because of traffic they said) and said they would have to come back next week with a longer snake, even though the said they had a 40 ft snake, but anyway. I was fine with that, thinking they wouldn't charge me for something that was not fixed.
Now, I called the staff back to find out how much this troubleshooting would cost. They charged me at a discount $350.00 for their time and efforts, and still a clogged sink. They charge $180.00 an hour normally(which I didn't know), but charged me $150.00 and hour, what a great deal, right. The staff said if they would come out again with a longer snake, that would definitely unclogged the sink, but would cost about $150.00. I was thinking a snake won't fix that problem, probably replacing the bad section of pipe would, but what do I know. Whoever's reading this, do the math $350.00+$150.00=still possibly clogged sink. Racking up money people don't have nowadays.
I was thinking to myself that's why Billy don't work at this place anymore, because he was too honest and didn't want to charge anyone for work that could not be done. I peacefully paid this company for their service because I am a peaceful person, but will NEVER, and I say NEVER use this company again. This is not to bash anyone, but to give a little buyers awareness to the innocent soul reading this to shop around for the best pricing and service before you take a plunge, that my sink couldn't do.
And P.S. if someone have Billy's contact info, please post it here, because I'm looking for a good plumber:)

Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I will definitely be using them again if needed!
