I HIGHLY recommend PSR ! I am so impressed with the workmanship (100%+) and the honest pricing. David and Jim came out the same day I called... as our HWH was a goner, and needed replacement . It is in the attic, pull-down stairs, and in 87 + degree heat. Not only was the unit replaced , Dave improved the way the pipes were originally laid out and other little extras, and left the place clean! He went above and beyond and he charged an amazing price !..for all that hard work and all this at the last minute at the end of the day! AND not only that but he guarantees his labor for ONE YEAR! Who does that? THAT is HONEST Hard work and as you know, is very rare these days. This is our plumber from now on ! DO it! call them...You will be glad you did.

Jeff O. from Full Stack Plumbing did a super job fixing my ikea bathroom vanity plumbing installation after another plumber did a less than perfect job. Jeff made sure to include me in all decision making, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the end result.

I had a leaking sewer pipe hidden under concrete slab. The water was coming out off the floor when draining water. I removed everything including the dish washer and opened up the drywall. They came over and took their time to evaluate, including flushing sink water repetitively, to see the water came out repetitively, dug outside foundation for 3 minutes, visually inspect everything again and again, call his boss, wait outside for his boss for at least 20 minutes, call the HOA manager (because it's their friend), and wait outside for the HOA manager for at least 20 minutes. In the end I was charged around $190 for the so called evaluation (because they spent 1.5 hours for...I don't know what they did) and then given an estimate of $650 to really find out the problem was. Note that $650 did not include the fix or any other potential damage. What's worse was that, after $190/1.5 hours of the so called professional evaluation, they told me it's a cast iron pipe running perpendicular to the wall, while in fact it's a ABS pipe running in parallel to the wall. If you are in a state of emergency, have a lot of money to throw away, and know exactly what to be done to fix your problem, you may call them. Oh wait, you can't call them because they will let you wait in order to charge you more thus can't solve your emergency problem. Okay, maybe if you have a lot of money to throw away, and know exactly what to be done to fix your problem, you may call them. For example, if you want to rip out our golden toilet and throw it away, I think VDH is the company you're looking for! Otherwise, please don't rely on them doing the trouble shooting for you. Because they are going to waste your time, deliberately, and money, also deliberately, and still give you the totally wrong diagnosis.

I had another plumber out and they really didn't know what they were doing. Zach and his team worked hard to understand the issue. They really made the experience the best it could be.

The 800Plumber and Air team did an excellent job on doing a HVAC repair and replacing a toilet for me. David checked my HVAC system and made sure everything was working properly. They were very professional and timely. I highly recommend them if you need work done on your HVAC or Plumbing.

I had a 17-year-old water heater sitting on the attic that needed to be replaced. The old tank however was a couple inches too wide to fit through the attic opening. Most plumbers that I reached out to were hesitant to do the job and suggested that I had the attic opening widened first. Shelton came over to take a look and said that he could remove the old tank and install a new one without doing any change to the attic opening. He came back on the same day and finished the job within a couple hours. You came up with an ingenious solution and you could tell that he's very experienced and knew what he was doing. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service. CW and his crew came out to fix our sudden broken pipe. They were on time and got to work immediately to diagnose and fix the problem. Thankfully it was an easy fix but they handled it in less than an hour.

They cleaned up and wore masks and took their shoes off. Very respectful of our space in our home.

The best part was he was fair and honest about the price which was way less than I expected it to be. I had called other companies and they wanted to charge us almost as much just to show up before they do any labor. CW was honest and said Man I hate when other plumbers try to take advantage of people.

For that reason alone I'll be using these guys again for any plumbing needs

These guys did a great job replacing my leaking water heater with a new tankless water heater in my garage. Looks great and it opened up a little more floor space for us. They even cleaned up after themselves!

Brian was my contractor and he did the best job ever. I had someone install a new toilet a couple of weeks ago and it was a 12 inch rough in and needed to be 10 inch. All other toilets are 12 inch normally but this wasn't caught and caused many issues. Saturday the toilet leaked from the bottom causing water all over my brand new floor, leaking through the side of the house into the eave and causing possible water damage. I could go on and on about how wonderful Brian is but bottom line is, hire a real professional and not someone that knows a person. I had to buy another toilet but Brian went and got it for me. I would recommend this company 100 times over!!

One of the worst companies I had to deal with. my installation job was given to them by Lowes, the guy that was supposed to install my stove was rude, they treat customers with suspicion, rude. I doubt the installer even knows NC code.
