Best Water in Durham NC

I was very pleased with the work done by Carrboro Plumbing. My On Demand Hot Water Heater had never been flushed and they were recommended to do this. The plumber was safe, wore masks and shoe covers. I will recommend them to anyone.

Knowledgable and service-oriented plumber! I have hired him a few times recently to fix various plumbing problems in my house and have been pleased with his responsiveness and his prices.

Matt was brought in to service my Navien tankless water heater. He installed bypass valves and serviced the water heater for one great price. During his time at my house, we was able to find two other water leaks and fixed them for just a little more. Matt is an extremely nice guy and I feel he is very honest. I am happy with his work and highly recommend him and his company.

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

We've hired CDK Plumbing twice in the last 6 months - once to install a new water heater and again to replace toilet fill valves and flappers. Had a very bad sewer issue right in my back yard...one phone call a pleasant conversation and 3 hours later my house is all back to normal. They had guys out to look at the issue with in 30minutes... Quoted a price that was DEAD on what I paid. One happy lady here !!! Keep up the great work :) !

How do I give negative stars? That's what they deserve, if that.

They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours didn't work.

Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
