Best Video Inspection in Durham NC

Jan. 9, 2017 had pipe rupture due to freezing. All the secondary roads were covered in ice, but Kenny fit me in same day I called. He replaced the outside faucet and reset the faucet slope to fix cause for freezing, faucet did not drain when turned off. He also took precautions to insulate pipe to avoid future issues. Kenny was professional, knowledge able and had the whole job done in about 90 minutes. I would note Kenny also repaired my house water feed back in 2005 and never had another issue with that.

Nicholas came out same day when my AC stopped cooling. He was polite, professional and took the time to answer my 1000 questions about how things work. He showed me the rusted part and then talked to me about whether it was better to replace this part vs the whole unit. He didn't try to sell me, just explained options. We had another company out previously who did not fix, made it worse and charged a crazy amount for things. I will definitely be using Blantons from now on and specifically requesting Nicholas.

Josh Baker was very cordial, knowledgeable and forthright. He pointed out his findings and offered me an option for his company to recontact me re: future sales. My HVAC is almost 16 yrs old and had 3 cracks in the Heat Exchanger. Thanks, Brenda Cunningham

Pat and I want to repeat to you what a good job Out Door Plumbing did in putting in our new water line. A job that was not routine. The line you installed was 530 ft from road to house and further you needed to connect to the house without breaking through our concrete garage floor.
You said that you and your crew would put in the new water line in about 2 days. But you organized the work so it was accomplished in one day. Not only that but you left the job without any visible damage to our property. You said when completed, we would not know you had been here— and it was true!

We thank you and your crew for a faultless job and appreciate your addressing our concerns with patient explanations and kindness.

Professional service. They returned a few times to completely fix the concerns we had. The second crew, especially, seemed very knowledgeable. Quick response and was able to get appointments quickly.

**PANIC**

We had our water line for the freezer ice maker burst spewing water all over the kitchen. City came out turned off the water and right behind them Harry Achille showed up.

Harry Achille came out super fast in the time of need. He did a great job, super knowledgeable, polite, professional, courteous, and helped us out in a super pinch! He even had to run and get some more parts and hustled back to finish up.

Harry is the type of person with top notch Professional Customer Service attributes that ALL service companies need. In an emergency situation like this, we all need calm, professional and a reassuring person to help us out. That guy tonight is Harry Achille!!

These guys are AMAZING. I had a very concerning issue occur late afternoon. Called them and they were here very quickly. Seriously nice guy fixed things as good as possible and made an appointment to install the new appliance in a day. Lovely people to work with.

They were prompt and responsive; our garbage disposal was unplugged and the plumber identified the issue right away and did not charge a service fee. He was also very personable and sweet with our baby and bulldog! Will absolutely call again with future issues.

Greene Hunt Plumbers was referred to me by a neighbor, who was very pleased with their services. I called Greene Hunt for an estimate of the work that needed to be done and the owner was able to come that same day. Our home had old metal water pipes underneath and we had a bad leak where a pipe had burst. Greene Hunt replaced all of those old pipes with new PVC pipes. They did a fantastic job and now the water pressure is so much better in our home. The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous, and the work was neatly done. We are so very pleased with the outcome and we have recommended them to others as well. They are now my official plumbing company!

Anthony was professional and courteous and took the time to go over details of a major repair. I had several other plumbers come to my property and dismiss my issue and not listen to what I was requesting. Rooter Man was professional and prompt. Highly recommend

Service was a great disappointment. Team member who came to clear sewer line, quickly discovered broken pipe from house to street. Called in two other team members to assess location with camera. Informed us that they would consult with others to propose a plan to us; collected $450 fee for cleaning pipe--which of course could not be done with assessment-and promptly left after being paid. No plan, no reschedule, just left. Would never call this company again. Would give no stars except I had to give one in order to submit.

Bb plumbing was on-time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Seth was thorough, and took me through each issue I had in a simplistic way to ensure I understood what was going on, and more importantly, what his recommendation was & why. I will be calling Bb again when it's time for a plumber.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
