Best Video Camera Inspection in Durham NC

Confirmed twice for a noon appointment. Gal called day before says can't make it till between 3 and 4 PM. About 5 PM their guy calls and says he can't make it. If this is an example of their service forget it, too many other HVAC contractors who stand by their word. I'll complain to Home Depot who is pushing them.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

We had a cracked toilet that was leaking, I had a few issues with the replacement toilet, but the General Manager reached out to me after my initial review, sent a tech out, and replaced the toilet. He and the tech were very attentive and did everything they could to rectify the situation. I appreciate the excellent service and will use Roto-Rooter again.

We had an issue with our hot water tank. I love the Roto-Rooter came out on a Sunday (of Memorial Day weekend no less) at no cost. They answered the phone quickly and were easily to schedule. Joe Young came out looked at the issue and explained what he saw. He was courteous and competent. It was a hot humid day but he worked hard and got the job done well. Roto-Rooter will get me next call when I need a plumber.

Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.
