At my request, he also replaced the similar lines on the other two toilets, plus one old fill valve and an angle stop, and he adjusted one other fill valve. Chris was very efficient, completing all the work in one hour, and he is exceptionally knowledgeable, intelligent, courteous and competent. In short, he and Carrboro Plumbing provided everything one could want in plumbing service in exemplary fashion; in addition, his charge for the occasion was very reasonable. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Jimmy is pretty darn awesome. My husband and I bought a renovated house and got the surprise of major plumbing issues and backups. Our garbage disposable was leaking water under the sink. I called Ekard Drain and they came the same day. Jason was professional and friendly. He replaced it with a new one in no time. We were satisfied with everything. I would use them again if I needed to.

I had a problem with my Noritz tankless one morning. On the phone, Drain Express walked me through what to do but it still wouldn't work as the fix needed someone with the required expertise. Somehow I got lucky and Dickie said he could swing over soon. I was more then delighted as he quickly zeroed into the problem and even had the right part with him on hand. Most plumbers would have to order the part. The fix was done and I now have hot water again. After using so many plumbers over the years, Drain Express now goes to the top of my plumber list in my contact files. The Drain Express plumber was professional and overall a very nice guy. I will use him and highly recommend him.
