I have used this company several times and won't call anyone else. They are reliable and fair. Always willing to offer suggestions but they don't push you into services that you don't really need. Great prices that you won't be able to beat. I have shopped around with other plumbers and they were not comparable to service and price. Highly recommend.

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We have had several services done by the CDK Team and all have been great. They are very easy to work with. They show up on time and explain everything that they recommend being done.

Extremely overpriced, and terrible customer service. They cut me off when explaining the work I needed done, gave me no expectation of price, instead had me make an appointment for them to come do an estimate for, which they missed twice and never apologized for. Finally did the estimate, and charged me $135 for the estimate. Came back with an estimate that was triple of another plumber. Now on the hook for $135 when they wouldn't listen to me originally on the phone or give me any expectation of price going into it.

This company made my day! They are professional and responsive. I said I had a leak and the owner said guys will be there within an hour. The 2 guys, Eric and Dalton, were friendly, funny and put me at ease. They explained the issue, repaired it and I believe the cost more than fair.

I was very impressed by this company. I had an emergency and they made time for me on the same day, even though it was after hours. I was expecting to pay a lot more than I did. Thank you you will be my go to for future plumbing needs.

Arrived at the front end of the time window they provided, did a great job on the repairs they were there for, and connected us with a specialist to check out something they spotted. Couldn’t ask for much else!

It was a pleasure working with Josh to get our water heater replaced. Josh is professional, punctual, communicates extremely well, and transparent. We were quoted by several companies with packages that were obviously severely overpriced but I felt Josh's quote was a fair one. The installation went without issue and Josh was able to answer all my questions and provide helpful tips for the future without pushing sales. I'd recommend dynamic plumbing to anyone and if you're near the Mebane, Burlington, Graham area no need to look anywhere else.

Rooter man is THE ONLY company to call..Anthony and Alberto came to my home when I was having a major sewer problem. I tried to fix the problem myself with no success. They took time to discuss the situation and resolved my issue Fast. I was amazed by the equipment that they had at their disposal even ran a camera in the pipes when they were done to make sure all obstructions were removed from my sewer line. Do Not Hesitate to call if you got a plumbing problem rooter man solves them all!!!

Replaced Hot Water Tank.

Sparrow was scheduled for between 2 and 4. At 4 I got a call that they were running late that they would be another hour or so. Since I had other plans, I asked to reschedule. Michael Sparrow told me if I did not let them come that day, it would be a week or more. I told this was unacceptable saying it was their fault I had used them many times and they should come the next day. Michael was rather belligerent even claiming they had a good rep in the area and inviting me to go elsewhere which I finally did.

Had a clog in my sewer main and these guys were out within the hour (at the end of the day) to fix this for me! Super quick, and very professional!

Reagan and his team are the absolute BEST! Extremely professional and very hard working! Also, very intelligent! I have an old house in Durham that had serious drainage issues (old blocked terra cotta pipes, etc). Reagan immediately figured out what needed to be done to correctly solve the problem. I was very confident in his assessment. He was able to start on the job the following week, and within one week they completed tearing up my yard and installing 8 new functional underground drainage pipes that hooked up to my new downspouts and drained out to the road. They left the work site ship-shape. They worked non-stop and I was never worried about the outcome. I am so very impressed with their work that I have hired them to do my monthly lawn/yard care.
