We had a really good experience with this company installing an icemaker in our kitchen. We were surprised how many plumbers we called that actually wouldn’t install it, ended up finding plumbserve on a Google search and they said they could do it. Quick to quote, quick to come out and start the job. Did a solid job. What impressed me most was professionalism of the team that was over- polite, clean, took extra time to explain things etc... Will use them again and recommend to anyone looking around for a plumber

Called Lane Plumbing after two other companies were unable to unclog my sewer line. The second company said they may be able to unstop clog by using a light and then a backhoe in the yard for a price of $2800 +, I called Lane to get a third opinion and I'm so glad I did. They gave me an estimate over the phone, sent two plumbers out to assess and repair the problem for less than 450. They were professional and courteous from start to finish. Give them a try.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

Appointment was scheduled. They came earlier than expected which was great. There technicians diagnosed the issue soon as they walked in, got straight to work and was finished within 25 min. That’s what I’m talking about! Most importantly there prices where reasonable which was why I hired them from their reviews. Most people know when you’re taking advantage of them some just don’t care lol. Do fair, good business and you will get repeat customers like myself. We locked in now. Great Family Owned Business!

Prompt response from Gene, who called ahead to confirm appt. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very personable and wore ppe and booties to protect my floors. Repair was successfully completed in less than 1/2 hour. I will use this company again when a plumber is needed in the future.

Deceptive pricing, unprofessional and unethical.

Hutch couldn't have been nicer. Called him at 4.40pm on Friday. He came and stayed until the problem was fixed. Reasonable rate. Very professional. I recommend him without reservation. .

The only reason I'm giving Wake Forest plumbing 2 stars is the fast response to my house. I live in a modular home and had an issue with the main bathrooms shower faucet leaking. The plumbers got here and told me they couldn't fix it I would have to go to Casey's mobile home parts store to buy the peice I needed before they would help me. They were here less than 10 minutes to cap my pipes. Once pipes were caped he said ok you can turn your water back on. Wow. Isn't that why I called you and paying you to service me? My boyfriend literally said to him yeah it's under the house. I paid them $124 for him to tell me go elsewhere to buy a part for plumbing when they are plumbers, for him to cap my pipes, and then him to tell me to turn my own water on. Won't call them again!!!!

Came late in the evening and fixed my kitchen sink. Was professional, kind, and even cleaned up afterwards. Good experience and would recommend.

Pipetechs were responsive when my house had emergency plumbing issues, and the original plumbing issue was fixed at my house, but it was very expensive (even relative to other plumbing companies). Additionally, the work done has since leaked through my floor and rotted out the subfloor, to the point where my bathroom is starting to cave in. After calling Pipetechs to explain the issue they were not interested in standing by their work. This has caused a bigger issue than the original one that was fixed.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
