I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

apparently the toilet was not install correctly by the house builder, it significantly increased the difficulty for the repair work. But it got done beautifully without extra charge

These guys were fast and efficient. They recognized the problem right away, gave a estimate, and fixed the problem within minutes. High recommend for any pipe fixes and plumbing issue. I would give more stars, but five is the limit. 10 stars for Bar D Plumbing.

I wish I could give 6 stars. Every aspect of the transaction was positive. the lady answering the phone was courteous, friendly and told me when the plumber would be there. Ron showed up at that time and was pleasant, professional and resolved the dishwasher leak promptly. I wish all service businesses conducted themselves in this fashion.

I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing services. Sean has been out to our house twice and not only was the work done well and at a fair price, but he was extremely professional, nice, and polite. I feel fortunate that we have a plumber that we can trust and that is there when we need him! I recommend Legacy Plumbing to all of our friends and family.

Terrible service! I'm new to the area so I was unfamiliar with who's who and what's what. So I checked the reviews (the star rating specifically) and based on the 4 1/2 star rating I called.

I used them a couple of times for some small and insignificant issues and things went well. Then I made the mistake of using them for two large and urgent issues.

Why didn't someone stop me?

My experiences included: misdiagnosis, being told that there was nothing they could do to fix the problem, rude CSRs, leaving (for days) without performing any repairs whatsoever and a manager who was even more unprofessional than her subordinates!

Once, after I switched plumbers, I was forced to call Pipetechs to deal with a ventilation issue because the other company (who was working on the premises at that moment) didn't have techs for that. When Pipetechs' tech finished diagnosing the issue, he actually had to borrow equipment from the other company's plumbers. LOL!!!

Since then, I've learned to not rely solely on star ratings. Now I use Rapid Repair Experts and sometimes One Call Plumbing. Rapid Repair Experts actually seeks out your business and takes their customers very serious.

Bottom line, if your issue is small and non-urgent, use whoever you want. However, if your problem is large or urgent, stay away from Pipetechs!

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
