We are remodeling our 50yo master bathroom and the tub was a one-piece unit. The crew sent to replace the old tub with a larger new tub did a fantastic job. The framing was not square and it was a difficult job to get the new unit places and re-install new plumbing. The crew did not give up and followed through until the installation was completed. Definitely would recommend Carrboro Plumbing for any project.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I called around noon on New Year’s Day, and they scheduled a visit between 4 and 8 PM that day. Around 7 PM they called back and said they wouldn’t have anyone available to come that day and rescheduled between 10 AM and 2 PM the next day. They finally came out at noon. Cory was very professional and solved my issue very quickly.

The work was apparently accomplished in an appropriate fashion; no complaints about that. The work done was replacing a pressure reducing valve, because of the increase in water pressure in our area of Cary. My problem is with the charges. I was charged $540 for replacing this valve. Several of my neighbors also had to replace their pressure reducing valves and their charges from different licensed plumbers were on the average $250. I should have done my homework.

Roughed in my whole house with all plumbing! Did a great job and will be using him on my next project for sure!

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
