Best Sink Clog in Durham NC
I called in for an appointment through my home warranty this morning. They set me up with After Hours and I quickly got a call and an appointment for an hour later. Nate called me to let me know he was on his way. He showed up when he said he would, wore a mask, was in a great mood, walked me through everything he was doing, made recommendations for the future of the water heater, described the recommended maintenance schedule, and was just an overall great guy to talk to. I made sure to ask for his card so we can call them in the future. Nate fixed everything in a little over half an hour and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you!

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

JR Lane plumbing is one of the most honest plumbers i've worked with over the years. They do excellent work as well! Jimmy does not try to drive cost up through multiple service calls and will typically give recommendations on what to try to help save some costs. Jimmy has saved me alot of money by being more thorough than other plumbers who just want to charge you as much as possible via service calls and/or fixes that costs way more than they should.
I had a sewer back up issue that another plumbing company told me was a cracked line(after charging me $100 to run a camera through my drain from outside the house to my sewer...less than 8ft). The other plumber wanted to charge me $1000 to come out and dig up the pipe and lay a new pipe, again no more than 8ft. I called Jimmy, and without coming out he asked me a series of questions, leading to the fact that my house was 7-8yrs old and I had just moved in 2yrs ago AND never had my sewer drained. I did not know if the previous owners had done so either. Jimmy said that is likely the issue and referred me to a sewage company to drain my sewer, which solved the issue. I wanted to also check the pipe to ensure it was not cracked, Jimmy sent 3 guys to shovel dig the trench and check the pipe, which only cost me ~$200. Jimmy saved me anywhere from $500-$700 easy on getting this fixed.
I recommend JR Lane Plumbing if you want an experienced plumber, good customer service, and honesty!
Thanks Jimmy most of all for the honesty! At the end of the day, I have to pay someone any way, I'd rather pay someone who has great morals when it comes to dealing with their customers.

I've used Bar D twice and have been happily impressed both times. Yesterday's task was time sensitive (a clog stopped me from running water anywhere in the house) and they worked me in and got me operational in good time and for a fair price.

In March I had roto rooter come out to attempt to fix a sewer problem. Jason, the first person out wasn't very thorough and only pushed a root ball further down the line. The line was checked by Cortland with a camera that wasn't working properly and I was quoted repair work, but after 811 poorly rough marked the area they wouldn't continue with the repair and drove away without talking to me. I attempted to work with them and got nowhere. This would be a zero star review based on experience up to today. The line still worked ok up until today, when it started backing up again. I was able to get dispatch to send another tech, and today Cory did an excellent and thorough job. Had I started with Cory my overall review would be 5 stars, the rest was bad enough that he couldn't quite redeem them.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I recently hired Total Plumbing to relocate some water supply lines for new toilets and I am extremely satisfied with their service. From the moment I called, Reagan was friendly and efficient. The day the work took place Bobby arrived on time, quickly identified what needed to be done and resolved the issue, and left my home clean. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction makes them deserving of five-stars! I highly recommend Total Plumbing.

Our upstairs plumbing had a blockage. We called on Saturday evening to see if it was possible to get someone for Monday and were surprised someone would be available to help us the next morning! He arrived first thing Sunday morning and was able to clear the blockage and restore the plumbing in our upstairs after about an hour of work! He also gave us valuable insight and prevention techniques! I definitely recommend their service, the gentleman who came to our house was incredible!
