Great technician. He came after 2 hours of me calling in the morning. Listened to all the things I had attempted and found the problem in 20 minutes. He was very professional and gave plenty of good advice on how to make sure the system would run efficiently.

Water line from street to my house. Wonderful job, positive, polite, and cleaned up the yard very well. Would use them and recommend them.

Starkey and Antonio were professional and they did a great job replacing our faucets at the laundry hookups.

Had them “fix” our toilet. Wasn’t satisfied and they agreed on their 2nd trip they didn’t fully fix the issue. They wanted more money to fix the original issue, plus money for parts. Not happening. Let them leave. Scam artists. Also they didn’t seem interested in doing anything anyways.

Technician came to our house from 1:15-1:30 today to drain a kitchen sink. The charge is $315.99. I do think this place charge a lot higher than other companies we have used before.

Omg. I feel as if Anthony and Alberto are part of my family. Super friendly and articulate. Answered so many of my pedestrian questions about the faucet they installed. I feel fortunate to have had them in my home to install a new kitchen faucet. Worked cheerfully and gave complete instructions on the workings of the faucet. Thank you, Anthony and Alberto. You are a great duo!!!

Do your homework before hiring a plumber, or else you'll get ripped off by the technician. A while ago, one of the techs was only supposed to find the septic tank. He decided to dig as well and charge almost $300. I guess he thought that he could milk money from an older couple and pocket the money under the company's nose. It's not the first time he did this to the couple but it will be the last. I was so close to making sure that he was out of a job but I will let karma take care of that.

This service was very helpful to me in fixing my clogged kitchen drain; I tried everything I could think of but could not fix it myself. I also tried several other plumbers in Raleigh, and Roto Rooter was the only one that got back to me and offered a free in-home estimate. The plumber Steve was fast, helpful, informative, and gave me a break on the price since it was a quick fix for him. My only complaint was that my initial same-day appointment got pushed back so late that I had to reschedule for the next day. This was not a huge issue for me because all I had was a clogged drain.

The technician 373 that serviced my call was very rude and unprofessional. Not only was he rude he was smoking a pipe which carried a smell in the home. He had several errors with his equipment when charging my card (5-6 attempts) with 3 different cards, then he finally called a dispatcher who processed the payment by phone. I am happy that the shower works, but the customer service we received was terrible.

We have used Mr. Chambers for several jobs, both big and small, over many years. He is professional, very skilled, friendly, and is careful and clean in our home! He has always been here when he said he would. We would not use any other plumber for any of our plumbing needs!

So called this place on 1/1/2020. I know it's a holiday but plumbing problems don't observe holidays. Their answering service picked up the call just to say they are not working that day. Why have an answering service at all if you can't work? I called Roto Rooter afterwards. They are on the way. It goes without saying, I will not call this place again.

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
