I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Had a plumbing emergency and Full Stack showed up within about 30 minutes. Super helpful and polite. John was great. Thanks guys

The Roto Rooter team came out within an hour of calling in the evening when we had a toilet overflow in an upstairs bathroom. The plumbers were friendly and quickly fixed the problem explaining what needed to be done. . Recommend Roto Rooter when you have a plumbing issue, especially after normal business hours.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Sean and Anthony took great care of what needed to be done. They did a check of the new pressure setting from the main and all the major plumbing fixture hook ups and helped put my mind at ease about what was going on. They helped alleviate a few minor problems and gave me suggestions about how we could be preventive on a few things for the future. The repairs they did do were spot on.

Brown Brothers has been amazing, anytime I need help with my home air conditioners. They are extremely responsive, come to my house within a day or so, professional, do excellent work, and have very fair prices. I recommend them highly!
