Alfredo and Omar came out to run a new drain line for our sink, as well as install our new faucet and garbage disposal. They were communicative, friendly, timely, professional, and went the extra mile to teach me where another contractor didn’t complete their work on our kitchen update. I’d gladly call them back out any time and recommend them to anyone that’s needs a plumber.

Really great company to work with. I was nervous about going with a company that I know nothing about but PlumbServe is great. They scheduled me right away, they told me exactly how much it would cost before they did the work and they actually helped educate me a little about plumbing and what to watch out for so I don't have a problem in the future. My hot water heater broke and we were out of hot water for days due to weekend logistics. I wanted to install a tankless hot water heater, and we were starting to feel a little deperate.After trying to work with several different companies with very suboptimal results I found service line.The experience I had with serviceline from the office call to the installation was exceptional. I was very pleasantly surprised.I called and Spoke to Brenda? I think was her name(I have a bad memory for names). I explained my situation and she was very empathetic and set me up a first call of the morning estimate and at our mutual agreement the technician ready to install if pricing worked out.My technician Greg was super professional. He explained technical details in a way that was understandable. Everything was so organized and hassle free I was impressed. A truly outstanding experience dealing with contract work.He quarterbacked the install which had many moving parts for a tankless hot water heater. From customer service skills, professionalism, organization and execution, he was a rockstar.The electrician they broiled in, I worked with briefly appeared to be excellent also.I can go on, but you get the idea. These folks, from my initial call to my outstanding technician were gems.

How do I give negative stars? That's what they deserve, if that.

They were scheduled through Lowe's, came three times to my house and always found a reason not to do the work. They have traded Lowe's reputation for me, don't waste your time with this garbage company. They come to your house, and say they left the tools; if not that, then you don't have the right parts, then when you buy said parts, they out their own on and charge you since yours didn't work.

Absolute joke of a plumber, never shop with them.

Arrived on time, thoroughly checked everything and cleaned up afterwards. The best part was that the excavation another plumber recommended was not necessary.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
