The model that I ordered did not come with all of the correct peices and they worked with me and the manufacturer to ensure that everything was installed correctly. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Set up an appointment from 12-2 waited and no call no show. I called the company and they told me they had been busy but I never received a call to keep me updated or anything. I found a plumber who came out immediately and fixed my problem!
