I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. We had purchased a new furnace from ARS in 2019. We had a series of issues with it, each time the furnance would stop working and we had to call for service. Service was always prompt, but the issue kept happening and different technicians would diagnose and replace different parts.The furnace stopped once more during the cold spell this month and Jeffrey Little came out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue. He actually figured out the root of the problem, made sure the part was ordered but most importantly, connected me to the customer service rep Lara Holley. Our furnace was still under warranty for the parts (10 year warranty) but I was concerned that this issue wouldn't be resolved and that we would be liable for charges down the line. I was really grateful to Jeffrey for actually figuring out the problem; I feel that it has likely been resolved. He clearly documented both the immediate issue but also the ongoing issues we'd been having so that when I spoke with Lara it was all in our record. She was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Thank you to both of you. I went from being skeptical about the maintenance to feeling reassured.

It was great experience working with Zach and Hutch. Reach out to them after getting a very high quote for a sewer line replacement from another company. All through out the process Zach was responsive and communicative even through some issues outside of his control. They completed the job in less than a day. Would highly recommend. Great value and communication.

Bernie and his incredible team just completed some fantastic work for us. They sanded, patched and painted and installed a modular closet system that is so sturdy and efficient our closets. They also removed old fixtures in my bathroom and installed new ones. Bernie and his team were so thoughtful about wearing masks indoor and taking off their shoes too! Great, honest work and communicated with us every step of the way. We are so pleased and can’t wait to call them back for future housework!
