Wow, it's tough to know where to begin! End to end, every aspect of dealing with this company was fantastic. Friendly professional treatment when I called to schedule the job. Prompt arrival of plumber Andy. Excellent, quick installation of a bathroom vanity. Respectful of my home. Did not even track in mud! Very fair pricing. This was my first experience with PlumbServe, and I'm so thankful now for the security of having their number in my phone for life when I need them for other plumbing issues.

Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Daniel and Ty showed up on time and went through my options for replacing my garbage disposal and repairing a cracked pipe. All was done in a timely fashion. Happy with the repair and will use Lanes Plumbing for any further plumbing issues.

My experience using plumbing services started off well but then quickly went south. Brandon was very nice and I thought he did a thorough job checking for leaks. I asked for a report of all the places he checked and cleared for leaks and was promised a list by Kimberly for the next day but after a week of calling them nearly every day I still do not have a list. Another representative told me the report I have was blank because no leaks were found - but it would have been nice to have a list of the places checked because another plumber came out and found the actual leak. I am disappointed with the customer service I received following the appointment and that not all places were checked for leaks in the first place.

They were scheduled to come on Thursday but they gave no estimated time. They were no show, no call. I got a call about 3 on Friday that said they were coming, with no estimated time. He came around 7:30. Didn't even look at my outside unit. He said I had a bad part, but that was not what was causing my cooling issues. They offered no suggestions to actually fix the cooling issue. So I spent 116 dollars (it would have been 900 if I had the part replaced), waited around for 2 days, and I still don't know what is wrong with my cooling system.

Five stars, which I don't often give. In general, competitive pricing and high-quality work. Specifically, we had a gas hot water system installed in our somewhat odd house; potential problems were resolved efficiently, and the rates charged were very good.

We would like to express our gratitude to Plumbing Giant for the excellent service we received. Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

In my search for a person to do extensive repair work on my old leaking shower, I feel blessed to have found Josh of Dynamic Plumbing. From our very first meeting, I knew he would be my choice for the job. Josh shows up on time and has gone way above and beyond all my expectations. Every day I get an update on what's happening and why. He's handled every step of the repair work with courtesy and perfection. And may I add the price is very reasonable and he cleans up any debris before leaving. I've hired many plumbers in my long lifetime, but none have been this exact and thorough in their work. This is a person who loves his profession, so he is now my forever plumber.

Quick and reasonable

Jamie Dickenson, owner of Legacy Plumbing, knows what great customer service is all about. As a general contractor and home inspector, I have dealt with many plumbers and seen lots of plumbing work over the years. I have to say that Jamie and his employees are at the top. Their work is very good quality. In addition, they are polite, knowledgeable and follow through with everything they say they are going to do. Having hired many subcontractors over the years, I can testify that this is rare in any of the trades. I can't say enough good things about Legacy Plumbing.

I had a wonderful experience with Drain Express from the owner, to Chuck, Matt and Carl. They were very skilled, friendly and very accommodating. I was very happy with their work. I will definitely use them again, when needed. Thank you guys.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
