We called several plumbers to do a pressure check required by Dominion Energy. Full Stack was quick to respond and scheduled within a few hours. They completed the pressure check, explained the findings and did fix a faucet and shower repair. We are very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

His team assessed a cracked pipe in my front yard and fixed it as well as installed a new water heater recently. I contacted Out the Door plumbing as a last minute second opinion for a sewer line repair. Not only were they incredibly responsive (called Friday morning, did the estimate Friday afternoon, repaired on Monday!) but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the specific situation. It took Progressive plumbing 2 visits to figure out the problem, and they still weren’t very confident about what the fix was. Zach from Out the Door showed up and within 10 minutes knew exactly what the issue was, why it happened and how to fix it. They fixed it the next business day, efficient and quality work. And a hell of a lot cheaper than my first quote. 100% recommend their work.

Whoever was driving on 54/Chapel Hill towards Morrisville today at 5:15 (4/15/22) was driving recklessly. I was already going 5 over the limit and when I went to make my turn, they almost hit me because they were following so close. I would never hire a company that treats their vehicles like that.. if they treat their van like that, can’t imagine they’d show much care in my home.. never mind they could really hurt someone with that driving. Tsk.

Their customer service was great and they did a great job repairing my pipes and fixing my water heater. Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost. Not only were they very straightforward with me with a quote but also much more affordable then all the others. They didn’t use fear to make me choose them immediately like the other companies did. I will definitely be using them again if needed!
