Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

They came within the specified window, told me what they were going to do, and did it. It the process of doing the work, they found a minor problem and fixed it after discussion with me. The cost was very reasonable. After they finished, I requested and got an estimate for some future work. Again, very reasonable. Over all, it was a pleasure doing business with the plumbers and with their office. I expect to use them again.

The Axis Plumbing company is superb. They respond quickly, keep you informed of their arrival time and complete the job efficiently and timely. I highly recommend this company!

Jimmy, aka Bar D, and Eric came to my house at the specified time, assessed a drain clog that had already been attacked (unsuccessfully) by another plumber, pulled out their clog specific tools, and fixed everything for a fair price! They also gave me a price after they assessed the repair, AND warned me that it'd be more if the first method didnt work.

I feel fortunate to have found Bar D. I felt they gave me good work, honesty, timeliness, and a fair price.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

my 85+ year old house officially has installed and running new 'bloodlines' ... at least to all downstairs waterworks.
This company did a perfect job. And cleaned up 94% behind themselves too!!
I still need a carpenter to clean up some spaces that gave them access to the pipes.
and I'm guessing Greene Hunt has a few to recommend... tbd

For the age of the house ... I might have lost a tiny bit of vintage (old water fixtures, etc.) but the loss is still a gain made up for in performance of water pressure.
My hot water had become a trickle in my kitchen.
My shower was running almost 100% hot to just make it hot enough.
Replumbing isn't a small thing..
It was a big job that I was sweating over ...
Green Hunt's professionalism and attention to detail gave me a lot of confidence. I got two estimates and these guys were not the cheaper of the two - but they're attention to detail was evident from the beginning and was worth the comfort it gave me.
I'm only typing all this because I know from experience (again ... 85+ year old house) how hard it to find a plumber that is this good...
I've made decisions based on mostly on price before - and down the road paid for it again due to corners cut and details fudged.

Unbelievable but True ~
After a week without water & $240.lost from taking off work, $76.put into Eddie’s the owners van for gas, $158. In parts they said I needed to do the job. ( another plumber said what? Why did they make you buy this?) I also paid their prior debt in full at the hardware store. $58. Eddie took $40 for gas day one, day two 7:30 AM he calls me demanding to be picked up said he slept in the woods and needed a ride to his home. Came out of the woods with a 12 pack of beer. He said his house he lived in has no power & he needed money to get that straight. $60 dollars day two, They insisted on fixing my toilet that had no problems till they fixed it. Then it would not hold water in the tank when they were done. Day 3 still waiting for the circus plumbers to fix a leak in my main water line which they said they would do no problem. Another $40. And nothing done. They tore up my yard never found the leak. Ate dinner 3 nights broke my toilet. Finally I had enough ~ one was sitting on my motorcycle the other was Grinding up the ground & my main water line. I said you can’t do that. Why are you digging with the Trencher over my water line?

Eddie left said he quit that he didn’t like the way I talked to him. Maybe he liked it when Joe later talked to him ~ Telling him to NEVER come on our property again. To date Eddie Owes us every dollar spent for a Job Never Completed. He broke our toilet we had to purchase another toilet. Eddie did nothing absolutely nothing to fix the problem yet damaged my property.
Be careful if you use this company, they are genuine con artist. I have demanded my money back & had no reply. In addition they took parts that I had purchased from the hardware store. A totally horrific experience! Worst nightmare ever!!

Update 11/7/19 ** Eddie wanted to take the water line Over my Septic Tank main drain line where the line came out from under my house ( the shortest distance) I told him he could NOT use his Trencher and place the Water line there. The Main Electric Line is also buried in this area. He got mad. He also got mad when I asked him Why he was taking his trencher grinding up my main water line. When he decided to leave he did yet he Left me without water on a Friday at 3 PM. He was told NEVER to come on my property again. I own the Motorcycle his worker was sitting on. It is Registered in My Name Only & I NEVER gave permission for either to sit on MY motorcycle. If you’re at my house to fix a plumbing issue you have no entitlement to my personal property!
To date this company has not refunded my money.

Edwin from PK Plumbing was great. Very upfront, honest and knowledgeable guy who does great work. Arrives on time and cleans up properly when he is finished. Can't ask for much more. Highly recommend him and his team.

Got work done quickly at a fair price

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Sean called 30 minutes prior to let me know he was on his way and was right on time. He was very friendly and did a great job. Always a pleasure doing business with CK plumbing.

The plumber came to unclog my drain and he did a great job. He's always reliable and hard-working so I never worry when he's on a job.

Chris did very good work for us, fixing our water heater in a timely and professional fashion. I would recommend him!

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
