We had those horrible gray pipes that were used in the early 90s. They started to leak and they damaged the house. A friend recommended Doug & the After Hours Plumbing team. A whole-house replumb is a big undertaking and we were scared to death. Doug put all our fears to rest. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Legacy plumbers are honest, thorough, and skilled problem solvers. I've used them for 5+ years at two properties. At one property, in particular, I've had some challenging requests, and they've always come through. My impression is that it's top-down from the owner. I've communicated with him a couple of times, and he's always been totally on-the-level. I can't recommend Legacy highly enough.

We had great service from pipetech! We called on a Wednesday midday and they promised to be there within an hour and a half, they were at our door within an hour! They were friendly, quick, gave us pointers and helpful hints, and were all around great! Very affordable, not your cost an “arm and leg” plumber.

Also, I called around to several different companies who I felt were just haggling me on the cost.
