Best Plumbing Installation And Repair in Durham NC

Although I did cancel the plumbing service twice (once by phone, and once by e-mail) the plumber still came by the tenets house. At two different occasions - uninvited ! (how embarrassing). Yes, they tried to resolve the plumbing problem however I did not ask for their opinion/help. Lastly I offered them not to charge me for their mistake and/or decrease the charges by 1/2 !! With little luck, I still got charged $95 for the service call, which is higher then other plumbing services charge, either locally or every from the Raleigh/Durham area. Chris is indeed very nice and surely capable. I am just saying carful what you ask for.

Arrived early, did a GREAT job for a fantastic price and was very honest and up front about the job and what was involved. I have had a lot of experiences with service professionals. Some good, some not so, but this most certainly was a Great experience and I will be recommending David to anyone and everyone who asks for a plumber in the future.

My wife met the techs at our rental property. We thought the response time and work performed was very good but a little over priced. We were not given a price quote before the work began. But after it started we were given an original price of $250 to lift a toilet, replace the wax ring and reset the toilet which was questioned and they gracefully reduced it to $200. I think $200 for less than 1hr work including drive time from the office is a little over priced.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I woke up with no hot water and my hot water heater leaking. I had three quotes to replace it in the morning. Brian's price was reasonable, he came out to measure and make sure it would fit, and was able to install the same day!

This has literally been one of the best experiences I have ever had with plumbing repairs. Don came in and installed a new toilet for us and he was the most professional, kindest person that has helped us in a long time. Looking for a savior? Looks no further! Joseph Rose Plumbing saved us big time not once but twice. We had two nightmares happen at our house within a few months of each other. The first time we took to the internet to try to find someone to save our house from flooding from a leak in our water heater on the third floor. These guys got back to us immediately and had the problem fixed within an hour (and this was 9pm at night). Every other plumber took days to respond back to us. This company is extremely responsive and professional, I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need.

They came to help during this time of covid-19 and they were properly masked and had gloves and the whole attire being safe and keeping customers safe as well. I appreciated that.
