The job at my house was a leaky toilet plus a clogged shower drain with the drain cover frozen in place. Not the most challenging job to be sure, but difficult enough that I hadn't been able to fix the problems myself. I was impressed by Carrboro Plumbing's efficiency and responsiveness. It took them less than 30 minutes to fix both problems, and the bill was reasonable. The plumber (Corey/Korey, not sure how to spell his name) was friendly and arrived early. Communication from the office was excellent.

David installed a new kitchen sink, faucet, and reconnected my garbage disposal and did very high quality work! Very responsive, honest, explained every detail (I had a lot of questions- and it was not an easy job). He is my first call with anything plumbing related! Thank you David!!

Worked with Matt and Omar to replace a faulty gas valve on the water heater. They were very helpful and gave me tips to make sure I get reimbursed (the part was recalled) and for general maintenance. They called ahead to let me know when they would be there and were on time. Would definitely recommend.

Were here in an hour and fixed in 30 minutes. Will definitely use again if need arises. 😊

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

We called several plumbers to do a pressure check required by Dominion Energy. Full Stack was quick to respond and scheduled within a few hours. They completed the pressure check, explained the findings and did fix a faucet and shower repair. We are very pleased with their service and responsiveness.

I found a leak in my front yard on a Friday afternoon. They responded to my phone call immediately, they were at my house within an hour. The repair ended up requiring a new pipe installed from the street to the house. They came back the next day to complete the installation. I will definitely call them again for any future plumbing needs.

I love how quickly they fit you into the schedule. The same day i called someone was sent to see the issue. Parts needed to be ordered but at 8am the next day work was started. Ryan Storey was wonderful! My kids adored him and he was great at explaining everything that needed to be fixed

Received business card form Lowes as a referral. Called the number on the business card to get a quote on some plumbing work as i needed a new plumbing contractor for my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone was so rude and disrespectful. It is a shame to see competent contractors loose a job due to untrained and unprofessional associates. When i inquired about the cost of the service she responded with i dont know, im not a plumber how about take my information and pass to the plumber? or provide me with the contact number for the plumber if the one one the business card is incorrect?? Then to make it worst , when i decided that as a customer i didnt have to put up with her attitude, I said Thank you, ill call some one else she said yes, you do that ...

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
