Came home to a major leak from upstairs bath that leaked into the downstairs was really freaked. Called right away, they were out within the hour. Assess the situation was fixed in a few minutes. Out The Door Plumbing was excellent to deal with. Really appreciate the booties did not have to even ask. With young children it’s a nice extra.
Would definitely recommend.

I wouldn't call anyone else for plumbing services. Sean has been out to our house twice and not only was the work done well and at a fair price, but he was extremely professional, nice, and polite. I feel fortunate that we have a plumber that we can trust and that is there when we need him! I recommend Legacy Plumbing to all of our friends and family.

Regan and his crew were extremely professional, Kind, and Courteous!! They went above and beyond at initial inspection to find any future issues and promptly took care of all of our issue’s!

Also took the time to explain everything they found and fixed.

Prompt and good workmanship

Called twice at 7:45 AM two days before Christmas. Extremely unprofessional. I can only imagine that this lack of professionalism bleeds into other aspects of the business.

This is absolutely worst company I have ever had to deal with. If you have any other option do not go with Roto-Rooter. We had a leak from our shower, it was a straight leak from the pipe that went down to the ceiling. It didn’t cause any damage to our flooring at all. They came in and repaired our leak, cut a hole in the ceiling downstairs to do so which is understandable and was needed. What was not needed was for them to rip up our flooring in our bathroom. There was no water damage to our flooring being that the leak went straight from the pipe below the shower through the ceiling, it was a controlled leak. But they went ahead without any proof of damage and ripped my flooring up anyways. This cost me $600 to repair. I reached out to them concerned about the price they were charging me because I didn’t want to pay the full amount being that i had to repair the floor due to their mistake. I spoke to a very unapologetic woman named jasmine that would not listen to me at all. She certainly did own up to the mistake that was made the first time we spoke because she gave me a $50 credit which is nothing on what we owe and nothing on what we paid to repair the floor they damaged. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I asked jasmine to credit out account for the money we spent replacing the flooring that they mistakenly ripped up and she told me no. I asked to speak with someone else and she told me I could not speak with anyone else. This is absolutely absurd and I can not believe such a large company would be so inconsiderate to their customers. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed in this company for how they have treated us. Now she’s saying she’s sending us to collections and putting a lien on my home because she is unwavering and will not help us. This is a cruel company. Do not work with them.

Everything about the service I received from Jordan Plumbing was outstanding! My phone message was returned quickly, and the person scheduling my appointment was efficient and very pleasant. Jeffery Jordan went above and beyond to determine the cause of my slow-draining sink and to fix it, even though the situation was more complicated than it first appeared. He clearly knows his stuff, and was a pleasure to work with. I will not hesitate to call on them again.

Joey stopped by today to unclog my guest toilet and he was a JOY!!!! Quick, professional and through. Not to mention the price was fair. He tested my toilet several time to make sure that everything was good before leaving. This was my first time using Bizzy Bee and it won't be my last!
