Alfredo and Omar were terrific. I had a part go bad on my water heater and Alfredo went the extra mile making sure the manufacturer warranty paid for the part. I was impressed with the effort Alfredo took with me to educate me what to do if I ever have trouble again like where the water shutoff is on the tank, how to restart the pilot light, where to look to see the pilot light, instructed me about importance of keeping clutter away from the tank. All this was very much appreciated

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. These guys are great. Was able to get a next day appointment, fitting me in between many calls, they diagnosed and cleared the pipe and identified a broken pipe which they are fitting into the schedule to fix ASAP. They provide updates at every step and pictures to show you what they are talking about. Great service, reasonable price, honest business people! Thank you to Tracy and his crew and to Danielle in the office for being awesome!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Michael did a great job identifying the source of a water leak from our bathtub into our kitchen and fixing the problem. He also solved a shower drain issue that had puzzled another plumber. Best of all, he was extremely pleasant to work with - very communicative and an all around nice guy. We hope we won't need to call him again, but he'll be our first call for any plumbing issues in the future.

My home warranty company was dragging their feet on setting me up with a service company. My issue was going on the third day. I called BF and they not only saw me within a few hours, the technician diagnosed and replaced my water heater in a few hours. Other companies were either unresponsive or trying to schedule days out. I highly recommend this company. The technician was professional, polite, and informative. A++

Used their service to replace my old electrical water heater with Hybrid water heater, they did not finish their job of connecting the electrical cables to new water heater as cables were short, they left saying that an electrician has to do the job, which they did not give an estimate before starting the job.
They did not use CPVC pipes, did not put the water heater on existing stand, and they were asking for more to add extra CPCV pipes that are required for my new water heater.
Basically i can tell they were very unprofessional, but they charge as other professionals do. DON'T HIRE THEM.
