Best New System Installation in Durham NC

Had noticed a water mark on the wood threshold leading to our master bathroom, next to the tiled shower. Checked underneath the shower and inside it and couldn't figure out its source.

Sim came out and tested several possible sources of the leak and found it to be coming from a (manufacturers') hole in the aluminum shower threshold by the hinge. Thankful to learn the source of the problem so we can fix it!!!

Appreciate Sim's diligence in checking every last possibility.... and finding the problem!

Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Full Stack. Kim was easily accessible and so kind. She was able to get Tripp and Woody out within 24 hours of a burst pipe and then back within 48 to repair the pipe. Working with them was so easy and took away some of the stress of a burst pipe/water off to my house. They were on time, very professional, honest, and cleaned up after themselves. We recently completed 2 bathroom renovations with CDK (every fixture in both bathrooms had to be moved). Dan and Don were wonderful to work with! Price was fair, they were always on time and communicative, kind and never acted bothered by all my questions (and I had plenty). Would absolutely recommend using them!!

I attempted to call a few plumbers before reaching Lane plumbing in the listings. The first few did not answer the phone mid day. When I got to Lane plumbing the phone was answered, which showed me they actually wanted business. I asked if my job was considered too small and if they did residential work. It was explained that my request could be accommodated and an approximate cost was given. I was also asked for photos so that we could be sure we were on the same page and the plumbers could be sure to be prepared. I was told that the work could be scheduled the same day or the next since it was already close to noon. I received a call within an hour or two stating that the job could be scheduled the same day and they could arrive in about an hour. They arrived right at an hour later and once I showed them the issue and gave a little more information on possible access points, they went right to work and before I knew it they were done, very quick work. The price came in as quoted and the work was efficient and great workmanship. I would recommend Lane Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing work done. I am a DIYer but definitely think this job was worth paying for.

The inspection was scheduled for 9am to 1pm, and I was called at 11am to let me know that they were running late, and asking if this was OK. Despite the fact that the technician did not arrive until shortly after 2pm, I was impressed with the efficiency of the service. I had previously been told that I would be due for a replacement of the UV bulb and air scrubber cell, and decided to have a humidifier installed. The technician took the time to explain what would be involved, and saw that I was given all the available discounts. The installation was done within the time I was told, and all the trash was taken away (which was not always done by other services I'd used). I have always been very satisfied with ARS in the past, and this was no exception.

Camron has always been great to work with. He keeps me notified and gives recommendations. Ive never questioned his work. Alway a professional

We just bought our first home and needed a few things fixed from our inspection report. Dalton did phenomenal work! He was able to address all of our issues and provide information on the process so we know what to look for if something goes wrong down the line. We will absolutely be using BarD again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I normally don't post reviews of companies but Warren and Sons was such a pleasure to work with. I had them come out today to troubleshoot what happened to my well and he started with the least expensive solution first but when that didn't work he called me to discuss further options. He was not only pleasant to speak to, but he answered all of my questions and he's reasonably priced. I will be using him a lot more in the future for sure!

I highly recommend this company to anyone needing sewer line repair or replacement. They accurately diagnosed the issue and provided logical solutions. Zach, Hutch, and Luke were very timely, professional, and knowledgeable with the work they performed.

William is simply outstanding. Always responsive, on time, communicative and takes the time to explain the problem and solution. I could not recommend him more highly.

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
