**Update. My mother had another major plumbing issue, so the first people I thought about contacting was Carrboro Plumbing. This issue was totally unrelated to a previous issue. From speaking with Linda to having the issue diagnosed & repaired by Jeff, Mark, Jack & Cory it was again an all around comforting, efficient, professional experience. I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Our water heater split the bottom seam on a Saturday and was leaking for 2 prior days in the basement. Part of the basement is finished with carpet so the carpet soaked up the water and I stepped into the room to find 1.5 inch water. When I called Jennifer answered immediately, was sympathetic to my situation, calmed me, assured me they could help. She walked me thru the process to stop the water running, and recommended and called an emergency water damage company to get them out to start the clean up. Lane communicated constantly with me on availability of a replacement parts, costs and their arrival times. The crew was prompt, efficient, thorough, polite, respectful and it was very obvious they knew what they were doing.

The entire disaster was in process of being resolved in 8 hours.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of using this company's services. They were right on time, maintained a high level of professionalism, and their pricing was more than fair. Justin was awesome! He was hard-working, extremely knowledgeable, and was very kind towards both my wife and I. Eddie came to the rescue on a SUNDAY when all the other places were closed. He came from Fayetteville to Raleigh and didn’t charge me an extra for a “after hours” or “weekend” fee. He fixed my shower valve in the wall (softball sized opening) without damaging any of the tile, sheet rock, or dry wall. I will use him again for sure! Thanks!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
