How many ways can I rave about Carrboro Plumbing? I had a long going issue with my washer drain flooding for years and had multiple plumbers come in, fix it, and then months later it would happen again. Finally Jeff came in and carefully considered the situation, and did the deep dive in replacing pipes that had accumulating years of gunk-- not just there but in my kitchen, too, without me even asking about it. He did the same for an issue I had with horrible water pressure-- so thorough, careful and patient, and ended fixing more than that issue. I had to have my whole water line moved due to construction and would only trust CP to do it, and the crew that was here for two days did a totally thorough job, was super respectful and explained everything, and took care not to damage by baby plants right by a trench they had to dig without me even bringing them to their attention (and in the winter even.) They are just the best around for so many reasons, and you'll be lucky if they can fit you into their in-demand schedule! :)

I had a concern with a sewage smell in my bathroom. Sam was able to walk me through the potential causes and solutions to my issue as well as answer my questions in a professional and courteous manner. I was satisfied with my service today and will likely call PlumbServ for plumbing needs in the future.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Tech is great and very knowledgeable. The only problem was scheduling. I scheduled visit for 11 to 2, and he showed up around 8. Not his fault, but an apparent error from scheduler or system.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

When they couldn't get to the work in time they got right back to me and gave me a referral to another plumber that could-- very professional.

Eddie is a true angel. My hot water heater burst on Sunday during the snow storm and he came to the rescue. I called at least 15 other companies before finding him. Not only did Eddie come from Fayetteville in the snow storm he did not overcharge me for his service. Eddie was professional and kind. He called later that night to ensure I was comfortable after he left. It is hard to find honest work but you can find it with Eddie ....not only HONEST but also AFFORDABLE. Noah has come to my rescue not once, but twice in the last month! After another plumber had no-showed on me twice, I reached out to Noah and he booked an appointment with me the very next morning to make sure I was taken care of.

The second time I used Noah's services he was able to come out the day of and did a remarkable job finding a leak and fixing it.

Mr. Bailey was called to replace my garbage disposal. However, he determined my gd was simply clogged and did not need to be replaced. Talk about honest, i had replacement ready for installation, but he said why spend the money, when my current disposal works? He was competent, professional and pleasant. Can highly recommend Bailey Plumbing. Pleasure doing business with him.

Called to inquiry about services and before I even explained my issue and desired updates she told me they do not do residential. Their website clearly indicates they do so they need to change it. Very misleading!

Called and got prompt response to schedule time to come over and fix leaky toilets costing me hundreds in water bills. They arrived early, wore masks, and were both extremely professional and thorough. They not only checked the toilets, but also any other area both inside and outside the house where leaks could happen. Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
