Mark did a fantastic job replacing an old leaking hot water heater. He arrived on time, explained all the work, cleaned up the work area and also fixed a leaking faucet while he was there. Best.service.EVER!

Responsive, professional, good communication when delayed from original expected arrival time. Good explanation of likely issue and did NOT try to oversell the problem. Turned out to be something simple, and all I owed was the consultative fee (which would have gone towards any more expensive repair). Would definitely call again.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Great consultation, everyone I spoke with here was very professional and very informative , they took the time to explain everything and I did not feel like they were taking advantage , their pricing was also very fair , and Bill I believe was the one that came to my house , was right on time and did a great job servicing my water heater , and while talking to him I mentioned a small issue I was having and he took some extra time and looked at my issue and resolved it and was upfront about the charge for it and was very fair ! I would highly recommend using them !

Clearly an expert in his field, he quickly diagnosed the exact origin of the leak and meticulously measured to pinpoint the precise area to alter to gain access to pipes without disrupting floor or wall tile. Noah also installed the proper fittings and adjustments to the shower faucet to avoid future problems and patiently explained everything along the way. (Highly recommend.)

Bobby Bailey has rescued us twice during plumbing emergencies - once in 2004 and today in 2016. He is thorough, priced fairly, responsive, and a very calm presence. His staff was outstanding, also: when I called after hours, Jamela, his scheduler, was unable to find an available truck, but took my number and called me back after 10pm having contacted a service manager who was not on call. I would highly recommend Bailey's for routine and emergency plumbing jobs.

Use absolutely anyone else. We had the most ridiculous experience with this company and would not recommend to anyone for any reason. First the service person showed up to our house and rather than coming to the front door chose to stand in the yard and look through our window. When I came out of the front door to greet him he was unmasked, which I was not told on the phone. We have an unvaccinated child in the home and would not have used this company if we had known they were choosing to not wear masks into clients homes. Our very friendly and sweet dog came out of the front door with me and barked at him one time in surprise and then sniffed his leg - she did not jump, did not growl, did not bare teeth, did not do anything intimidating. The man started to YELL at me to put the dog up and when I told him she would be in the house during service he got upset and left. When I called the company to complain they were dismissive and said the agent claimed our dog charged at him and then asked me if the dog had barked. So be warned - if you have a dog, perhaps even one that barks when someone comes to the door, or if you expect strangers coming in your home to wear masks, go somewhere else!!!

I highly recommend John from Mo Flow plumbing!! My entire house was backing up in my master bathroom tub on Easter, had bunches of family coming later that afternoon, and I was freaking out because all other plumbers wouldn't answer nor call back. Called Mo Flow and John came to the rescue within an hour of me calling and had my house back to normal before my family showed up. I am beyond grateful and will be using Mo Flow for any of my plumbing needs in the future. Please don't hesitate to give these guys a call!

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
