Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

I had a leak with my hot water heater and they fixed it within a day! I was on a trip at the time with my house sitter there, and they were very communicative over phone and text as well as sending photos and videos of the problem and fix. Pricing was very fair especially with how fast they came to fix it. Would definitely recommend and got their name from a friend who had a great experience with them as well!

The people answering the phone and handling scheduling were extremely courteous in the Durham office. Best customer service experience I've had with a service provider in a long time. We had a complicated blocked pipe situation. Plumber Mike was great. He arrived within the time estimate given. Sleuthed out all of the possible drainage possibilities before explaining what he thought was needed and the pricing. When he was finished with the job he drew a simple diagram of where the pipes that were blocked were laid-out in the house to help explain what happened. He even ran a camera through the pipe after it was clear and gave me the recording on a disc so that we could see it. Pretty cool. He wasvery courteous as well. Their services are reasonably priced. I highly recommend the Durham, NC location.

Billy got the job done. He was friendly, very knowledgeful, and mostly you could feel that your interest was his.

Called over the weekend asking for service as soon as possible. Had a call early Monday morning, saying technician could come by between 12 and 3. He arrived exactly on time and 12 noon, diagnosed the problem, could fix with new parts in his truck, and was finished, very efficiently, by about 12:30 p.m. I'm very satisfied with the service, and I'm very relieved as well
to have the problem fixed because I have family visiting in a day or so!

I highly recommend Greene Hunt for straightforward, high quality work. They are great at responding to questions and giving options. They have a completed a variety of projects at my business and home, and I'll call them again without reservation when I need to.

I was contacted immediately, and serviced the next day. Luke was explanatory in everything he did, and the work was great. I have been price gouged before by big chain plumbing companies, and my repair was a completely fair price. Busy Beaver was recommended to me, and the recommender said Luke was the most honest plumber he knows. Definitely true!!

It's a good feeling when you know you have found someone you will always go back to for professional services. Dylan, the owner of Mo' Flow Plumbing, is such a person for me. Very personable and thoughtful, with many years (20+) of experience. Just an all-around good guy, someone whose advice you can just accept, and whose estimates are more than competitive. No qualms, no hesitation for me. Highly recommend.

I don't recommend peaches plumbing. They give a good estimate but leave the work undone and don't return your calls after receiving the payment in full.
I had a list of plumbing issues including replacing a toilet, changing a sink faucet, cleaning the garbage disposal, fixing the drains of two sinks, and installing an expansion tank and its draining pipe.
The plumber I worked with, Josh, came and inspected the issues and gave me a quote.
Once he started, he found a new leaky pvc pipe above the expansion tank he was going to install and fixed it for free, which I appreciate, but my major issues where sealing (reinstalling) a toilet, fixing a faucet, and cleaning the garbage disposal, which he never delivered!
He charged me in full and disagreed when I asked him to pay half halfway and the rest when all is delivered. Also I agreed to pay extra for installing the toilet, which he broke during sealing it due to a rusty bolt as he said, and the new faucet (he said the washer is off and better buy a new one). Once he received the PayPal payment, he never responded my calls and texts to install the toilet and the fauset he asked me to purchase.
I eventually had to get someone to fix my toilet and faucet separately, which of course cost me a lot of money and time.

I DON'T recommend peaches plumbing if you want to get your job done!
