Great job on service but took a while 2 and half hours (35+ mins going to store to get part). Had to ask them before entering to wear mask they replied “we’re vaccinated” then only had one mask so I had to provide them with one, Asking me for my own Tupperware or bucket for the water to drain and paper towels to clean area. Shouldn’t a business/service have this and not ask the customer! One of assistants without asking starting using my toilet paper (expensive quality) Very Unprofessional…

I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Their prices were more reasonable than some other plumbers. I'll definitely use them again.

Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

BEWARE!!!! This company grossly overcharges for parts. They quoted me $1141 for a motor for the condenser and $305 for a dual capacitor. Thinking that this sounded like a lot I called a few other places to find that the same motor for $295 and the capacitor for $130. That' s over $1000 difference. Stay away, beware, danger Will Robinson. I wouldn't even give it 1 star if that were an option.

Many of the other property managers at my company also love and use GH as their go to plumbing company. I’ve worked with numerous plumbers throughout the 10 years I’ve been active in real estate and what I like about Greene Hunt is the quality of work they provide (they know what they’re doing), their communication (they are always upfront and proactive to call when something in the scope of work/price has changed which is not common among trades people), their timeliness and their professionalism with my clients, my tenants, and me. However, the most telling hurdle in relationships of any kind (personal or business) is how people react when things don’t go according to plan. I had GH install a pump for a tankless water heater and the pump they purchased turned out to be faulty. When I notified them that the pump had gone kaput after only a month of use, they immediately came out to assess the issue, and ordered and installed a new (different brand) pump within a week (no questions or extra charges on my end). I love a company that stands by their work and goes above and beyond to treat their customers well and that’s GH in a nutshell.

Jordan Plumbing did all the plumbing on our new structure. Instant electric water heater, dish washer, septic with pump up hill as well as all the usual plumbing. Prompt, efficient, responsive and providing high quality work. I highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been price gouged before by big chain plumbing companies, and my repair was a completely fair price. Busy Beaver was recommended to me, and the recommender said Luke was the most honest plumber he knows. Definitely true!!

Clearly an expert in his field, he quickly diagnosed the exact origin of the leak and meticulously measured to pinpoint the precise area to alter to gain access to pipes without disrupting floor or wall tile. Noah also installed the proper fittings and adjustments to the shower faucet to avoid future problems and patiently explained everything along the way. (Highly recommend.)

I had a large flood from a busted pipe at the end of January. Edwin was referred to me by the mitigation team. I can't say enough good things about Edwin. He stopped what he was doing to come ASAP, repaired the source of the leak so that water could be turned back on and then came back the next morning to fix a pressure gauge and install an emergency shutoff valve in the house. He was kind, professional, and honest and the contractors applauded his work.

Hot water tank started leaking. Came out next day and replaced tank. Answered on first call, fast response and great service!!!

Mr Homes, ( one of the plumbers who came to fix our very urgent bathroom situation) was kind enough to to put my family up in a hotel while they fixed our bathroom. He went above and beyond the call of duty to help my family and made sure we were taken care of.
