Best Leaky Water in Durham NC

My well pump failed at night after 8 pm. After Hours arrived promptly and replaced the pump. Thoroughly checked my system. Matt the technician was First Rate. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I most strongly recommend this business and this technician. 5stars, AAA+

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

I was very happy with my experience with the Full Stack team. I had an older model tankless water heater that multiple plumbers had looked at and could not fix. Full Stack gave me a very competitive price to replace the unit and after I made the decision to move forward with purchase, they got new unit installed next day. Very happy with service and company.

Jerry and Jared arrived in Wake Forest 6/4/19 to determine source of water flooding our crawl space. Jerry went into the crawl space and thru the smaller entry to the laundry crawl space. Found the leaking connection and replaced it quickly!

I had my water heater break and with family and no hot water you can imagine the chaos it caused at home. I called multiple plumbers and i either got estimates that were so high that you knew they are taking advantage of my misfortune or they could not fit me in their schedule for another 7 days. When i contact Axis i was first very impressed with candidate and honest discussion. When they realized my family was without hot water they were very generous to fit me in for next morning. The work was outstanding, they had fair price and i felt the transparency was amazing. They did an amazing job to clean up the layout of all the water lines, place the new water heater in right spot to help me adjust the temperature much easier then the builder had done, and cleaned everything before leaving the job. I would highly recommend Axis Plumbing to anyone that is looking for great local business that does amazing job, is fair on price and treat you with respect and transparency. This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

My pipe had bursted on Christmas day. I called the next day and scheduled an appointment the same day. Plumber showed up on time, investigated the area that needed service and only took about 30 to 45 minutes to finish the job. Very pleased with the service.

Highly recommend Jordan Plumbing. From the first call, they were professional and responsive and enjoyable to work with. They fixed a leaky faucet and replaced aging stop valves and the water pressure regulator. Excellent service and results. Straightforward on pricing. I don't write a lot of online reviews but thought it worth noting for those looking for a great plumber.

A&L were recommended to me by a neighbor years ago and I used them for labor intensive outdoor job tracking down clog and installing new clean out and drainage pipe in yard. Professional and reasonable. Recommended in turn to several friends and neighbors.

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
