I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Can't say enough about how great the guys from Full Stack are to work with. I had a broken valve on the outside of the house that I couldn't shut off. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call, figured out the issue, and got it fixed. They even replaced another valve on the other side of the house to prevent the same issue from happening. All this was done quickly and for a reasonable price. Thanks so much CW & Woody. This company will definitely get my business again!

When i called for quote, the woman on the phone hung up immediately. It was very rude and unprofessional. It should be a family bushiness. A reputable company wont do that.

Brandon is a great guy and super easy to work with. Our kitchen sink was leaking like crazy underneath. Stuff was flooding. He got out quickly and made me a priority and fixed the problem and installed a new faucet for us. I have found my plumber for the future. Highly recommend him, I like working with trustworthy people.

I absolutely love Total Plumbing LLC. I recently had him do a job for me that required replumbing one side of a quadraplex. This meant tearing out drywall to get to the pipes in the walls and floor of the upper unit. He saved me a lot of time and money by coordinating the entire job of tearing out drywall, replacing the pipes, replacing the drywall, painting, and clean up so that the tenants could move back in quickly saving the company money on hotel costs. If I would have had to coordinate all this myself the cost would have been much higher. Thank you Total Plumbing.

This company repaired a bathroom faucet that was slowly dripping, and also the basket in our kitchen sink, which was leaking under the sink. Appreciate the willingness to do a smaller job, as many won't.

Great group: Super knowledgeable, fast, helpful. The quoted price was reasonable. When they arrived, the job was easier, and they adjusted the price accordingly. They're part of Full Stack Plumbing, and I'll be using them again.

They deceive customers

Dp&m was the company assigned through my home warranty company. May be an ok company for unclogging toilets, but anything beyond running a snake down the drain, I advise anyone using this company to watch the result of snaking the drain, as they will not bring anything to your attention, and will claim you need something beyond their ability, like a camera. You'll find out they (Elaine) says they assume finding something in you line, because they cant fix the issue, thus voiding the warranty company from fixing or addressing the problem further. I did not feel valued as a customer, and will never use or recommend this company. Elaine was rude, argumentative and unhelpful, just responds with this isn't our first rodeo.

There was no evidence of any blockage from the line that was run, I did not sign any report, and still have a blocked drain. Thanks for nothing, both the technician and Elaine.
