I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

I think the cost was excessive - frankly, gouging. The technician cleared the toilet drain within 10 minutes at a cost of $259. A normal service call with other companies would be $85 plus labor. No parts involved in this service call. That does not equate to $259!!!! Otherwise technician great, professional and on time. Won’t use your company again unless an emergency. We Only had a sluggish toilet!

Did a great job replacing my water heater

Robert (Bobby) Dawson Pluming & Construction did an outstanding install of walk in tub and toilet. I highly recommend Bobby and his crew - Carpenter, Tile man and Electrician. They were efficient, on time and reasonable cost associated with the high quality of work.

Sean was prompt and efficient. We would surely hire them again if the need arises.

We had an after hours issue with a cracked fitting running from our well line to the pump. I called around to numerous other businesses and could not get someone out after 5pm on a Friday. Michael returned my phone call with a text message and had someone on site within 30 minutes. Andrew arrived, assessed the issue, and got the issue fixed and our water back on. From the time I called until the time the problem was resolved it was probably only about an hour. Just a small hiccup to our Friday night that could have been a lot worse. You can imagine our dismay when we discovered on a late Friday afternoon that Aqua had just dropped a notice the day before on our porch that a pipe had been leaking for over a week beside our house. We had used Roto-Rooter before and called them. There was an actual person that answered and they arrived quickly and were here until after midnight fixing the problem. No extra expense due to the timing, just the usual charge for their service. The plumber was so nice and very thoughtful and was back Saturday morning very early to check the repair site, fill in the hole and turn our water back on. They are our Number One go-to for any of our future plumbing issues going forward.

I had received quotes from other plumbing companies, and Metro Rooter's prices were the most reasonable. Additionally, their pricing was transparent, allowing me to understand how much I would be charged for the services provided.
