I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Found water on my floor in the foyer on Sunday morning and water damage on my ceiling. Roto-Rooter came out same day to help determine the ceiling needed to be opened, opened it, and set up dryers and dehumidifier. Plumber was scheduled the next day to assess. Entire team has been professional, on time, and great communicators. Still working to determine cause of the leak but the plumber also found a problem with one of my toilets and fixed it while he was here. Very happy with the services we have received so far.

Prompt, and thorough. Called them to fix what I was afraid was a burst pipe but turned about to be a leaky handle in a tub that just needed tightening up.
