Rob M. with Pure-Line Plumbing was outstanding! I called to schedule a non-emergency appointment and they got me an appointment less than 48 hours away. Rob called en route (right on time!) and was a pleasure to work with. He spent some time investigating, addressed the exact issue and when I shared I was a new homeowner, he encouraged me to learn alongside him so I was more informed about how the different pieces worked and some tips for the future. Pricing was very fair and transparent, Rob was very skilled and personable, and the job was done quickly and well. Will certainly be my first call for any future plumbing needs!

Daniel and Ty were on time and very helpful. They found and repaired our leak as well as showed my husband a few things about our water shut off. Bought an old house that needed a ton of repairs - sinks installed, showers switched out, etc etc. Basically everything and anything plumbing related was needed. Ethan with Joseph Rose responded quickly, gave us a free estimate, and his pricing was also the best from the quotes we got. He was able to start within 2 weeks. Organized, efficient, professional and honest. Can't really ask for anything more. I also felt very safe with home alone as a woman which is important. Great service - would hire again.

Our water heater went out after 20 years.  Called Drain Express around 8:30 a.m. and they said someone would be out between 10 and 12.

Dicky arrived just before 11, gave me a quote for the new water heater, valves, venting, pan, and all that was needed.
Him and his technician left for about an hour to get the new one. It was a good quality unit with great reviews.

Drain Express installed, cleaned up and was done in about an hour and fifteen.  Everyone at Drain Express was very friendly and professional.  All my questions were answered patiently and with straight uncomplicated answers.  I would Reccomend to friends and fam.

I recently relocated to Raleigh and had some work done on the house that required the carpenters to remove the toilet to lay down a wood floor. It was obvious that the wax seal had deteriorated and needed to be replaced. I researched plumbers on YELP and found that CK Plumbing had excellent reviews. I called to make an appointment and everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly. Sean and his coworker showed up at my house on schedule, re-placed the wax ring and re-seated the toilet. The charge was what was quoted. I won't hesitate to call them again for more work, or when I redo my bathroom.

Adrian and Rooter-Rooter successfully unclogged our kitchen sink drain. This was a tricky job because our house is old, and the connections between the various drain lines are obscure. We were very pleased with the timely service call and professionalism. They explained everything clearly and cheerfully, and helped us better understand how our 100 year-old farmhouse is plumbed! The pricing was fair, and I would not hesitate to call Rooter-Rooter again.

This company did a great job, from beginning to end. They communicated throughout the entire process; assessed the problem/offered a reasonable quote for necessary repairs; showed up on time/arrived when they said they would, and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Reagan and his team are professional and courteous. But the best part of the experience was letting us know about their Family First program. Because of this program we were able to get the repairs done for a fraction of the cost! Will definitely keep this company in mind for future plumbing needs!

Vincent was incredible. I had a plumbing emergency and they got to me within an hour. Vincent was able to fix the problem with minimal disruption to the house. He gave great recommendations and guidance. He also went out of his way to get a piece I needed to decrease the chance of leaks occurring in my houses old pipes. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

My hot water heater went one night and it was going g to take 2 weeks for someone to come fix it.. So I put it in myself but it wouldn't work. Prince Cameron out ran through the whole thing and had us with hot water within the hour of being hear. I highly recommend this company!
