worst plumbing experience I've ever had. Owner moaned, groaned and cussed all while doing his job. I was extremely uncomfortable and ended up having no confidence in his work. His behavior made me wonder why he is even in plumbing. Can't recommend!

After Hours Plumbing and Pump Service, Inc. came to my home in Wendell to check out my well pump yesterday afternoon after I put in a service call. Doug Jones, the owner of the company, determined that I needed a new submersible pump. Doug ordered the new pump, 100 feet of pipe and wire and a new well head and switch and gauge for the pressure tank. He arrived early this afternoon with Eric, a service technician and they completed the job quickly. I'm so glad to have water again! I'll be recommending After Hours Plumbing & Pump Service to friends and family! Thanks very much!

Had a pinhole leak in a water line. Found these guys from a next door referral. I texted them the details and Sam responded promptly. They set up an appt time and came out same day, within 2 hours of me reaching out. Kaylee did a great job to fix the problem with minimal delay, despite having to use tools in a very tight space. Nolen was there to assist and learn. Hard to find service like that these days. It is much appreciated.

I have nothing but praises for my experience. I was given a window of 8:00am to 11:00am. Edwin and (I forgot his associate's name) showed on time. They were friendly, professional, warm and patient with me. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my home. This is completely contrary to the service I received from a competitor. He showed late, did not cover his work boots, tried to bully me into additional work and was extremely very unprofessional. The competitor, Happy Home, wanted to charge me $525.00. Pure-Line's cost was $236.00.

Over many years VDH Plumbing have given us excellent service. They are very prompt in responding to a call and getting the job done. They offer a wide variety of plumbing services, are very professional and reasonable. I would not trust our plumbing needs to anyone else but VDH.

Arrived during the time window he said he would, and quickly identified and fixed the issue causing our toilet to make a gurgling sound (stuck/faulty sink air admittance valve). Priced fairly and was very nice. Will definitely use him again!

I called MR.bailey on November 26, 2019 because I suspected that my water heater needed to be replaced. Mr.Bailey came out that same day to make sure I actually needed a New Water heater. I indeed needed one. He told me he would let me know the price the next morning. He called the next morning with a price and told me that he could accommodate me that Evening, Evening came and there was Mr. Bailey ready to install my New water Heater. This passed summer I had cancer with radiation Treatment and my mom passed away. She had lived with me for 3 years due to brain damage due to an infection. With these things weighing me down it was a godsend to have ARS guys taking care of replacing my unit and have followed up to make sure things are working properly. Thank you all for your help during this difficult time.

I had a problem with the mainline drain clog due to a tree root. I called a well-known local business with most Google reviews. The company dispatched a service guy the next day to give me a quote with uncertainty stating that their initial attempt may fail, which would result in over $3000 job. Though I was desperate, I wanted to get a second opinion. I called a couple of other companies but was unsuccessful in getting a service scheduled. Then I finally found Bar D! The service team came to my home in two hours, unclogged the mainline in less than 15 minutes, inspected the pipes using the camera, cleaned out the roots in the system, and then clearly planned out the next steps. Dalton explained everything he was doing, entertained with a video display of the pipe system, and explained the problem in detail. It was a pleasure to work with Bar D. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing needs.

Zack did a great job helping me with my outdoor drainage system. He took the time to do it right and gave me great tips for future work.

Our plumber was punctual and friendly, taking his time to explain the process of drain clearing thoroughly and answer any questions that we had. He clearly knew his trade well and had all the necessary equipment on hand, including the spare part required to complete the job fast.

When our water heater kept shutting down we tried several fixes to be cost effective and Dave and Matthew were always very responsive to quickly swing around to resolve the issue. Even if that meant coming by after normal hours to look and address the issue.

They will always shoot straight with you and I have never met a nicer person than him.
